Mr Sufyan was excellent and processional salesman. He was they sales there and he was kind hearted. He was dealing with other customer but he make sure acknowledged my daughter and I and also others customers who walked in. Thanks us for waiting patiently while he was taking care of customer in front of us and apologize as well .

Don’t come here this location are scammers. Yesterday I went over to pet my number over and the phone was free l. Well when I got there they told me I would pay 150 because bill activation and screen and phone protector and I said I don’t need a phone and screen protector and they said it comes with it I knew that was lies. So I went to the Clinton location got the same phone and only paid 76.00 total!!!! Don’t go to the temple hills location go to Clinton!!! They basically tried to force me to buy the case and screen protector. Never again!

I've had no internet for almost 1 whole week. I called metro pcs customer service and visited the camp springs store with ABSOLUTELY NO SUCCESS. But let me tell yall....I took my problem to the Metro pcs store in marlow heights and the manager Brandon and rep Tony got me right!! Not only did Brandon solve my problem, he also lowered my bill! Best customer service and they both made my day!

Service always great I love coming to this location I stay on Eastern Ave and yes I comes to this location the two gentleman working tonight have great customer service and always answer your questions and they go above and beyond thanks to them I am staying with Metro Pcs

There was a guy who works here said his name was Ray. He acted as if he did not want to serve me based on his customer service . Low energy not helpful at all when I asked if I qualify for upgrade he was very hypothetical not wanting to go into the computer and give me actual information. When he did give me a price he told me my total was $130 for upgrade . He told me this price included service fees and connection fees but I later found out that he was adding on a phone cover and a screen protector without informing me. Which added an additional $50 to my bill. I left your store outraged and expressed my concern thankfully another employee by the name of Jose came and spoke with me and explained everything he was very honest. Jose was able to get me back into the store to finish the deal where I was able to buy my upgraded phone along with the screen protector and case in which I had no problem after the transparency.

They really pulled a move on me sold me a trash phone , put all these add ons on my bill & lied about me being able to replace the garbage phone they sold me !!
