Upon referral, I took my car here for an alignment on a Saturday morning. The owner/manager was super nice and knowledgeable and my car was serviced right away. It was put on an electronic alignment machine and it was completed in less than an hour. I went back and told the gentleman (not the owner/manager) who did the alignment it was still pulling and I had to make the car steer straight. He called me a "liar" and was very rude to me, saying I did something to the car. He performed another alignment to fix the problem and returned the car to me when done. However, when driving off, the car still pulled and I still had to make the car steer straight. Rather than go back, I called my mechanic and he referred me to his alignment person. I went right away and it was done. My car drive like its brand new. He said even though it might have been done twice by Temple Hills Tire & Auto, the person obviously did not know what they were doing. Beware!

Had a very bad experience with this shop. Spent close to 6K on various repairs to include body work, and having a car fully painted. Omar, the manager granted me a 12 month warranty on the body work and paint. The total cost of the paint and body work was well over 3K. Took the car back as there was still a huge dent in the quarter panel, that was allegedly repaired. Omar insisted the dent was not there. I had to take the car to a Toyota dealer to verify/confirm that there was dent present. Additionally, the front bumper that was painted started to chip and peel. Eventually, the repair to the Quarter panel was corrected and but the bumper repair was corrected, with overspray all over the hood, and glass of the car. I respectfully brought these deficiencies to Omar's attention and requested that the overspray be buffed off the vehicle. I was told verbatim 'The body guy told me that he does not want to deal with this vehicle ever again". Omar also stated that 'I just want you to know that the warranty is not for life time. I was also told that I am a nitpicky customer. What reputable business would tell a customer this???? The customer is always right. I urge anyone that does business with this group, to do your due diligence. The work performed on my vehicle was below standard, the quality checking was no existent and the customer service was horrendous. Next steps, Better Business Bureau, and likely small claims court. Be aware!!

There great! They have convenient hours. There prices depend. For the most part they are reasonable here. Took my car here several times and had no issues thus far.

I will never take my car anywhere else again. Omar and his team have done a few different pieces of work for me now, including new tires, fixing a cracked rim, replacing a rim, safety/suspension checks, and even an entire seat replacement. They were readily able to secure a new seat from a junkyard and transplant my upholstery onto it, saving me at least a grand in the process and readily encouraging me to keep the old seat for salvaging parts if I needed it later. When I indicated that another shop had (I think fraudulently) claimed I needed a strut mount replaced, they looked at it and told me my suspension was tight and all good. They could easily have charged me thousands of dollars for repairs I didn't need, but instead they were honest, did good work, stayed within quoted prices, called me any time they found something additional, and gave me options. When I got new tires and one started leaking, they identified that the rim was cracked and patched it up for me for free while I was getting other work done. Throughout every experience, the work has been quality, the prices have been reasonable, and they've been ready for walk-ins within ten or fifteen minutes. I'm delighted.
