I used to like this food market a lot because of the papayas but in the last 4 times I’ve got the same issue as pictured below, looks like the quality of their products have degraded a lot that I will have to stop coming to this place not to mention that their prices are higher than other markets.

There prices are good, however the quality is not. The smell of fish is really strong. I emailed them about this and no one has gotten back to me. That was about a month ago. It is obvious that all they care about is the money and not people.

Jumbo is great place to shop, because of the wide variety of food choices. Love to shop there. Only one problem that seems to linger when I go there is the seafood department. When they are asked If there are any more crabs, the Latino workers will say no to the black customers. It happens all the time. It's been tested.. So the Asian manager says to ask for him if we want more crabs.

Jumbo food has everything you need that other stores do not have. I went in got out within a few minutes. Because everything is there you have people that work. There are so friendly and will help you find what it is that you're looking for. This is my go to store for any and everything. Lelia Smith

I wish I can give one star for customer service. I usually shop here for my international foods, however on two occasions I was harassed by the manager there wanting to check the my personal backpack and bags after I spent over 300 in this store. I will be finding another store to shop because the way they treated me was really unfair.
