Train cashiers or hire workers that aren't standing in aisles gossiping while lines are in aisle.Well groomed and capable staff is customer service.

3/28 6 pm .... I'm on my way home and decided to stop at this location to pick up a few groceries. I'm half way through shopping and I notice a worker guy who was first behind the customer service desk, now walking back and fourth between the aisle I'm in. At first I pay it no attention until he keeps doing it and looking down the aisle (I'm the only one in the whole aisle) ATP I'm offended because why is this guy who clearly hasn't had the mop of dreads on his head done in over a year PROFILING me as a thief!?! I won't ever come back to this ghetto location again, I'll stick closer to home

3-19-23 3:05pm Sunday evening a woman decides she wants to walk her dog IN A GROCERY FOOD STORE @ Giant in Marlo Heights on branch ave. Her dog then pooped on the floor directly in front of the bakery department and THEN she PUT HER DOG IN A GROCERY CART and kept going!As far as I know this is against health department rules. Very dirty and GIANT NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP AT YOUR DIRTY FILTHY NASTY STORE, with your molded garlic in the bag and molded blueberries.

I give them 5 stars because the manager at the pharmacy and Lisa and another young lady who’s been there forever are wonderful. What I’d give a ZERO star to is management above them , they give them no help . When You only have one pharmacist and one Tech to fill prescriptions, give shots, answer the phone , answer questions and input all info in the computer is insane . That’s called abusing folks , it’s totally unacceptable. Yesterday two of them tried doing everything , they never once got mad , continued to apologize and it was no fault of there’s they have no help . Come on Giant corporate stop abusing and using your people ?.

Worst giant ever, I'm beginning to believe definitely it's because of the area. You go in there in the morning all you smell is WEED, it's sickening! The shelves are never stocked and I can never find anything that I need. My daughter just went their looking for a pack of cut up beef and they didn't have that!! It's ridiculous you can't get the food you need in your area, you have to go on the outside of your area to get what you need!

I moved actross town last year. I tried to have my prescriptions moved from the CVS I used to live near, to a Giant Pharmacy near my new residence. Five tries later I keep getting calls from CVS saying they have filled my prescriptions and I have to drive across town to get them, while the Giant Pharmacy workers just scratch their heads. Each time I explain the situation and even watch them write down the address and phone number of my old CVS. I don''t know what else to do other than take my business elsewhere.

There must have been a recent staff change. I've always been able to get through to the pharmacy and get all of my issues resolved. Now the phone just rings and when someone answers, it's a young lady that sounds like she has better things to do...then she'll leave you on hold so long she forgets. They've gotten as bad as the CVS up the street.

This place smells so awful. I thought something was wrong. Could not figure out why this grocery store smelled so bad I just wanted to get in and get out of there. Went in looking for birthday card and flowers.

Every time I come here to get ice cream it has freezer burn. I highly recommend you go down the road to the giant in Clinton. Because the one is marrow heights is horrible. Thank me later.

Came here and the cashier got me a cart by the time I got to my vehicle on this cold and windy day I had a helpful young man assisting me with my groceries!! Very clean neat and organized the parking is always convenient!!

Officially the worst giant in the area! Consistent long lines even when the store is not crowed! I have gotten bad meat on a few occasions. I'm actually in line writing this review with 3 items in hand. Been in line over 20 min.

My mother has shopped at this store since the first Saturday after they opened almost 60 years ago. I was in grammar school and now I am getting my social security benefit. I just want to scream when I'm in that store! For some reason they have a ringing phone amplified and blasted over their P.A. system everytime it rings. The decibel level is horrifying. This type of loud noise torture used to be confined to prisoner of war camps. Shut it off!!!
