The best Mercedes Benz Mechanic with affordable fees. My 2017 GLC 300 Coupe Alternator was taken care of in 3 hours. Very professional! I will give 50 Stars if possible. Simply the BEST IN DMV

I have taken both of my Mercedes to Ernest over 5 years for everything from my services to an electrical issue, and he and his staff deliver every time! They use Mercedes certified parts ONLY! He's very straight forward and not very talkative lol but they're worth every penny!

My 2011 ML350 had transmission issues... almost everyone I talked to before bringing the car to E M, told me to get rid of the car don't waste money getting the car fixed because it will cost more than the car was worth. I called E M and the nice man that runs the place told me to bring the car he will check it out, I'm so glad I did! E M fixed my car and did a great job!!! The man in charge they call him "Pops" is so kind, and accommodating as I know I can be a handful, he never lost his cool! Very professional, kind and patient! I will continue to bring my car there, they are honest and did a great job and I truly appreciate it!!

I've been a Mercedes owner for over 20 years and the minute I'm not eligible for Warranty service, I've taken my car to E&M. The pricing is far better than anything I've seen from the dealer or other repair shops. My car is always ready when they say it will be. I even got advice on repairing my daughters Ford Focus. I will continue to take my car to E & M and I recommend them to other Benz owners.
