My experience with Vandyke Jackson was an amazing experience. I walked into the showroom wondering about my options for getting into a vehicle I could love and afford. Mr. Jackson opened up the window of opportunity looking at every aspect needed to ensure I was a satisfied customer. He went above and beyond in his attempt to assist me. Needless to say Mr. Vandyke Jackson is a fantastic salesman, extremely knowledgeable and professional. I am eager to recommend him to others. Job well done.?

Customer service is horrible! I will NEVER recommend this dealership or collision center for any service. Service center has a horrible habit of not answering and returning phone calls as promised. When someone finally answers, your placed on hold for 30 minutes or more. Longest I've held was for an hour and seven minutes. Michael, service manager is NEVER available to speak. I get things happen with parts, delays etc. but common courtesy, especially in the service industry is to communicate with your PAYING CUSTOMER. Control the things you can control! Somethings are out of your control, however let the customer know! From June to August, no updates. I go to the dealership and Michael is not available, but will call me on Monday. Never got a phone call. Entire month of September went by without a phone call. I finally have the time to call October and play phone tag with Michael and James. Who of course have no updates, and at one points James could not locate my car. Telling me to call back to speak with Michael to see where my car is is INSANE. Lack of communication in house is also clear. I had to call Kia Consumer Affairs just to get an answer on the status of my vehicle and all of a sudden a week and a half later my car is ready after 9 months. I am not blaming them for delayed or lack of parts etc. I am holding them accountable for the things they can control, but failed miserably. It seems this is the norm at this place. I finally go to pick up my vehicle, and I am asked if I would like to do a walk through. Why wouldn't I? When you get a service, you would want to walk through to ensure it is correct, right? Anticipate the customers needs!!! Right brake light is out, dusty from sitting so long and no gas in the car. Light is replaced, however, I should not have had to point that out. If work is complete, walk through to check BEFORE THE CUSTOMER GETS TO IT. Lack of attention to detail. Wiped the inside out just enough to say it was complete, after mentioning it. If I wanted gas, collision center would have had to take to dealership and they would have charged me gas. So go figure, I have to drive to gas station on E, instead of putting at least 5 miles to get to a station. I didn't ask for a full tank. Thank god It didn't stop in the middle of the road.

The absolute worst! I was very specific about what I want prior to me scheduling the appt. The morning I got there with my vehicle, I very specific! Doesn't matter if you tell them what you want fixed on your car, they'll fix what they want to, charge you $2200.00 and then say if you want the issue fixed you initial went there for--oh it'll be an additional $1100.00. Front desk staff is rude and unprofessional! If you want updates, better drive out there because if you wait on a call--it'll never happen! I addressed my issue with the locations GM... I might as well been addressing it with myself. They pass the buck! Overall experience?! Just horrible! Definitely should've check the reviews first!. They would get no stars if it were up to me!

AJ was a pleasure to work with, she helped me get into a brand new 2024 Kia telluride at the price I wanted. She was very knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle and answered all my questions throughout the process. Highly recommend working with her !

From everyone I had to interact with Ed, Tyrone, Vandyke they were all so wonderful and made what was a stressful time for me smooth. I needed a new car because my previous car got totaled I walked in a bit apprehensive and left satisfied knowing they had given me the very best! Thank you all you’ve gain a customer for life.

The 5 stars is strictly because of our salesman Nick. He was absolutely amazing. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the other staff. I was told I didn't turn in my keys for my trade in vehicle, after I drove back we discovered that another person there at the dealership indeed had the keys. I also ended up having another name (that wasnt mine)on my registration paperwork for the new vehicle I purchased so I had to come back and get that situated. Through it all Nick remained professional and very helpful. Honestly he seems to be the best employee there. He was excellent and made a not so great experience much better and more tolerable. Thank you Nick! If you need a car please ask for Nick !!!!

Wow!!! What an experience. I did not feel pressured at all. The sales man was very accommodating. Answered all of my questions, explained in detailed information I needed to know before purchasing the car. Even sat in the car with me and explained in general some of the features I needed to be aware of. Thanks Mr. VD Jackson.

Kia is ripping into peoples pockets for issues. My issues are emotionally draining. It is unethical. I don't know where to start but I took a chance on Kia and now I have bigger than I can handle regrets. I urge you please do not invest in these types of cars. I can't make sense of it anymore. At this point I'd love to take the car back to where I bought it from the stress is unimaginable. I've asked my boyfriend to take over dealing with my car issues and speaking on my behalf I've gotten so stressed about other things and this car gives me anxiety to drive each day and every couple months there's a check engine light. I urge you please stay away from these cars ....please stay away from these types of cars. A 2019 Kia soul I thought I was working hard to maintain. Guys it's not worth it. My little Toyota was ran into and totaled. Several years my Toyota ran with no issues. This here that I'm dealing with Kia smh. I hope someone looks deeper into these places.

On August 9, 2023 I purchased an used vehicle- 2013 GMC Acadia, after a 5 minute test drive. My salesman was George Perkins. Ten days later, August 19, 2023, several lights come on before the vehicle dies and won’t start or hold a jump. Call salesman George Perkins and he says to reach out to the Darcars near me. I called and got voicemail for service. I called sales and spoke with J.P., he took my name and number and would personally walk my note to service for a call back. No one called me for hours so I called service and someone answered and asks me to hold. I held for 40 minutes with no further communication. I called an auto service and they sent a tow. The outcome was that the alternator and battery were bad. August 24th, I paid $1,056.32 for repairs on a vehicle that still have temp tags! Called George Perkins with the update. He said that he’s going to talk to Ed Hampton and keep me posted. No one even called with an update. September 2nd, the check engine light comes on. Stopped at AutoZone for a DTC on September 3rd, Code is transmission related. I’m livid. Clearly I’ve been sold a lemon. Make an appointment at the auto service shop for Monday, September 11 - check engine light is on, I need a diagnostic. Auto service called me this morning, I need to replace the transmission - cost $4,400 and they need 2 weeks. I would avoid purchasing an used vehicle from this location unless you want to be stranded, towed, and hemorrhage money!

10/10 definitely recommend. Christian was very knowledgeable and professional. Mr. Moses (Sales Manager) and Mr. Tyrone (Finance Manager) and The GM were all amazing and helpful. They all went above and beyond to make sure I walked away with my car I wanted. This was an amazing car buying experience. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
