On sept 15 i lost my phone. So i went to store 294 where i got GREAT service. They told me i could not get the phone. From them. that i had to contact my ins. So they let me call the ins in the store. It took a min but Sam & Frances help me. They where great very professional customer service at its BEST Thank you so much

Frances (at the Marlow Heights location) is knowledgeable, kind, and patient with her customers. She took excellent care of my father when upgrading his cell phone, explaining the process thoroughly. She’s awesome!! ??????
