I paid over $13k for a motor. Chuck has promised that he is going to send it for 3 months and now he is not answering my calls. I have proof with text, receipts etc. I tried calling the company for help and they were not helpful at all.

I purchased a rim from this establishment. Chuck was very friendly and helpful. He even walked the part and placed in my car. I received excellent customer service. Thanks Chuck! I will definitely check with Chuck for any future parts I may need.

By far the worst customer service I've gotten. do not get warranties from this company because they do not stand by it. I'm still waiting for payment on labor warranty bits been 3 months. they will also not send your parts on time and lie to you about part arrival they over price their used parts. Most of the time they get their parts from other yards instead and have no idea how many miles or info on "their" parts..

anyone got bad customer service it was your own fault. i never had any problems at chucks. i’m very black. and i have been shopping there for years. they specialize in gm parts but they don’t specialize in broke sh!t. so if you ain’t got no money or on some being cheap or broke sh!t, then don’t go to chucks. but if you want quality parts at reasonable prices. call and make sure you know what you want. if they don’t have it they might know who does...

Horrible Communication! As a black customer I felt a total disrespectful tone, as if they were helping me when I was giving my car away. Highly advise you search elsewhere.

From the G8 seats and Center Console to various interior panels and pieces I needed to transform my Caprice PPV back to civilian car it is today, Chuck and his team helped me get all the parts needed to complete this vehicle. They went above and beyond to gather and pull the parts and have extremely reasonable prices!!!
