“This place is the best car rental experience I’ve ever had, both for pick up and drop off. They were quick, helped me make a good decision about choosing PlatePass by being transparent about the costs, and helped me make some changes to the reservation which I was unable to do online. When I felt a faint smell of cigarette in the car they assigned to me, they quickly changed it for another one.I realize this place has some bad reviews from a few years ago. They don’t reflect the quality of the service now. I will continue to look for this location when I search for car rentals. It is a bit out of the way for me, but the service is worth it.”

“My auto insurance agent arranged the car rental. I had to pay an out of pocket refundable $100 fee to begin the rental process. The vehicle was comparable to my personal vehicle with several safety features. Except for the refundable $100 fee, the cost of my rental was paid in full by my auto insurance company. The local rental staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.”
