Very disrespectful staff. Came in to ask a question and one of the workers just came off as rude, had a an attitude and overall impersonal. I'm sorry ifI am bothering you at your job but then again it's your job to answer questions and help customers. If the answer was no then just leave it as that. "We're not mechanics.." Who said you were? Then when I said I'm just asking a question then he wanted to be helpful.

I want to shout out Dwight for his great customer service he really helped me and my wife out with changing our battery. A task that I know how to do but didnt have all the proper tools on me. Him and his partner worked together to help us out while another employee just gave up on us. I really appreciate the service that was given to me.

Visit this location on Thursday morning to purchase new brakes and rotors. The associate acted as if I was bothering him. When inquiring about pricing the representative told me I needed to make a decision about my break pads before he could move on. Not fully understanding why but clearly I don't work for autozone so I'm not familiar with the system. Anyways he prepares to ring me up and ask me about the rewards program, as I'm putting my Information in the systems begins to glitch. The representative states that I just won't be able to sign up. I specifically asked if the order can be restarted and he tells me no. At this point, is attitude was already off and then he seemed irritated with me. I decided to just leave my order and went to the location down the street.

DaShawn definitely needs training. He had a bad attitude and acted like we were wasting his time while only buying one product. It's not like he even had to search for it. He didnt give a smile or look us in the eyes. Don't get mad at me cause you hate your job....

This is the worst auto zone ever I came to them with a warranty covered battery & they didn't want to acknowledge it, then when I ask to speak to a manager they started talking to me in a racial slur. The name of the employee was Mark singleton I should have sue for racial discrimination. I will be leaving a review on google. But definitely would recommend the closing of this location Clinton advance auto is not far from this location for a better service & employees that know how to act to a customer.

I called this AutoZone Store while waiting at the other AutoZone Store located at 4505 St Barnabas Rd, Marlow Heights, MD 20748 to see if they have a Battery available and if anyone was available to install the Battery. They said yes and they was more than willing to install the Battery for me..!!! When I arrived at this store, the young man, I did not get his name, he greeted me when I walked into the store and he was knowledgeable about his work. Great Staff, Great Customer Service, Great Atmosphere...!!! Thanks I Really Appreciate It..!! I Highly Recommend Anyone In This Area That Need Auto Parts To Shop At This Allentown AutoZone Store...!!!

I went to this location today to purchase new brakes and employer Scott assisted me. Scott did NOT make my experience a pleasant one. He appeared to have an attitude, be impatient, and continuously spoke really low as if he was irritated with assisting me. I was so offended by this experience that I decided to not complete my purchase and to go to a different place to buy my brakes. I’ve been to this location before and dealt with other employees who were professional however Scott clearly needs coaching in not projecting his attitude on to customers.
