I don't Trust this Used Car Seller. Stay Away. They buy Junk cars and then sell it for 200 to 300% Markup.Stay away from them. In my opinion they are a rip off used car dealer.

This Used Car Dealer is a Ripoff. When they sell cars they give you an Inspection Certificate issued by one their Auto ShopIt is fake. NOT recommended at all. Don’t buy any car from them.

The are a sham of a company! I never received a bill of sale, or a title transfer (so i dont have the title even though I paid off the car outright right then and there), they lied to me about mailing me extensions to my temporary license plate and then texted me saying that they were going to print out a new one and mail it to me but now they're not going to, so i have temp tags that expired august 23rd, no title, and i cant get anywhere with the mva. I paid this dealership for tag and title and got neither. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau, the attorney general's office, and the office of consumer protection in the attorney General's office. If i cant get anywhere with consumer protection and/or the mva within the next month, I am going to physically go back to that dealership and demand the title and a refund on my registration or for them to give me tags as wellnas a bill of sale. If that gets me nowhere (which I am positive it won't), then i am going to sue them. They hid that the car had a salvaged title, which is not allowed by a dealership. So now I have to pay $235/month in car insurance. I am going to sue for the max $5000 in small claims court for doing something illegal by hiding that it had a salvaged title and now i have to pay at least $145 extra per month because of it, the headache, and stress they have caused me, for not fulfilling their end of the contract (so basically scamming me out of money for things they knew damn well they weren't going to do for me/provide me with), and for discrimination against me as a woman and first time car buyer. I have mental health disabilities and this has caused me so much stress and tears and depressed, it's unbelievable. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!!!!

I was able to learn of thier invetory conviently online. Same day, I visited and got a chance to meet the ownerd/salesman. Great family owned operation. I ultimately cashed out a 2011 Chevy Impala that I plan to use for ride sharing. They did additional mechanical and cosmetic additions on the spot, while they helped me with insurance and all documents, know my goal. They went the extra mile from to start finish, then topped the experience with a quality car. Recommended!

This Company Is NOT Ethical! Do not FINANCE with this company! This company is very rude and is not understanding especially during the covid 19. Paying our car off this month and NEVER TURNING BACK. I was going to get a second car with this company but I’m glad I went to a different car dealership! Saved me soo much headache.

This is the best place to buy a car! Mariam was so helpful when I called to tell her about a car I was interested in purchasing. I drove an hour away just for that car and it is perfect! They gave me a great deal on my car as well. I noticed a small problem which was taken care of immediately. Everyone here is super nice and will take great care of you!

Let's just say I should have read the reviews. The same shady business they where doing in 2015 nothing has changed. It don't make no since for a business to rip people off like this. I had a rental with one head light, the company know I was driving to and from VA since my I'd said so and trash was in the car with a stun gun witch is illegal in the state of Virginia. The car didn't go over the speed of 60 mph. Then had the nerve to tell me when I dropped the car off they sale cars too. Now after charging my experience with you, would I dare buy a car from this company HELL NO. I'm still waiting on my 200 deposit to return in my account. Based on pass review I won't be receiving it.

I have dealt with this used car dealer for over one year. They are in business to make money like everyone else. But they are at least honest and dedicated to the clients. Mariam is a delight to deal with. She is cordial and will do her best to accommodate you. She will do all the paperwork, get Tags even deliver the car in the DC Metro area. I just love them If I bought 4 cars worth $30 K plus from them in over a year's time. Right? So trust me. They are good people and buy cars from them with peace of mind.

I had the worst experience with this rental place over the weekend I had to return to cars and one of the cars trying the transmission went out it was trashed you out both cars they didn't clean it also did I tell you one thing but do another if you want a car that's going to break down on you and don't get you to point a to point b then be my gas and rent from them but if you want something reliable and the company has great customer service please go somewhere else do not ever rent a car from now they are horrible the president all the way down to the sales lady they do not know how to to conduct business I was stranded on the side of the road with my family and I had to come out of the pocket and I lost a lot of money this weekend cuz I had to cancel my plans and and the trips that I paid for
