I called on Monday saying that I needed a new tire. Chris said they had to order it and I made an appointment for Wednesday. Chris called me on Tuesday morning and said that my tire was in and I could come in that afternoon. I'm grateful that I didn't have to wait another day. Everyone in the service department was great and its so comfortable working with people who know me and my vehicle.

Bought my 2022 Silverado from them almost two years ago. No problems at all. The salesman Ken Corker was very knowledgable and the sales manager who was part of the Wantz family was a pleasure to deal with. Was nice having them deliver my truck to me down to Columbia versus having to drive the 70 miles to Taneytown.

I had a reoccurring problem identified by engine light and Wantz Chevy staff were able to quickly identify and correct the problem. Service Technician Adam was a pleasure to work with as well.

Use to be an awesome place. Since Amy is no longer there, the place has been terrible!! Service is terrible!! I made an appointment to drop off a truck. They said they were going to work on the truck, but said it would take a week to get it done. I borrowed a vehicle for a week. I checked on the status of the truck four days later. They hadn’t even started working on it. I needed to get my transmission worked on so they took the transmission out of the truck the following week and then realized their stand to service the transmission wasn’t heavy enough so they put the transmission back in the truck unfixed.The service manager was about as rude as could be. Needless to say I called and complained to the owner. I was told they would order what was needed and they would call when it came in. This was in October, but they said it would probably be mid-December or longer before they would receive what was needed. I called the beginning of February and was told it was not in yet. I called back mid-March and was told it came in and they had already did one truck but couldn’t get the parts to be able to do mine. They used the parts for my truck to work on someone else’s. I remained professional throughout all of this even when the service manager was rude again. I asked the owner to call me and was told he couldn’t locate all of the parts. I told him to forget it; I would have the truck worked on some place else. I would never be back!! Good luck to anyone who decides to go there now. Rest in peace Amy!! Long time customer; no longer a customer!!
