“Definitely deserves 5 stars. I have an older vape that is apparently hard to find coils for especially now that I can't order them online anymore. This was the 1st place I have contacted and went to that actually tried to help me with finding a coil that works and finding the brand/types of coils that might work until I can find and buy a new vape similar and to my liking. "J" is very knowledgeable about all this stuff and went above and beyond to talk and help me out on his day off. His sister at the store, as he wasn't in today, also went above and beyond to help me try to find a coil. She was so nice and didn't even get annoyed by me (as I felt I was annoying ?) but instead she was friendly and chill and kept on trying. In my recent experience with vape shops, they would immediately shut me down with this situation of mine and questions or were short or tried to sell me some other vape instead of trying to help me "get through" to where I know which vape I want and am able to buy it (as I am one who likes to research and ask questions before I buy anything). Also, I have been to and talked to a few places where employees seemed to have little to no knowledge about the questions I asked about vapes, which is very important as how complicated some vapes can be, yet pretended to know and i found out later that they were wrong. I had the complete opposite experience here today talking with J and in the store with his sister. Another thing is how much it means to me when an employee is honest and says that they aren't sure about something and that I should come back and talk to "so & so" instead of changing or avoiding the subject or telling me just to "buy this" or giving wrong information. I experienced this honesty the 1st time i went here to buy juice and had a complicated question that the employee didn't know the exact answer to and didn't want to give me wrong information and told me who to talk to which made me immediately think highly of this place and respected the honesty. The customer service is beyond amazing and I will be a returning customer from now on. I will recommend this place to anyone who asks where to go here on out. I felt like I mattered and was heard and was respected and not brushed off or like i was a nuisance with my questions and my coil issue. I cannot express enough how pleased I am by the customer service and patience and kindness and friendliness and honesty and knowledge and willingness to help and not just trying to sell me something else right then and there. This quality of service is hard to find. Also, J ordered the coils that I need to last me until I decide what to do about this older model vape. Amazing!”
