Went to " the hitch man" search for a utility trailer that was advertised on facebook. There were several on the lot that met my needs, Shawn was having a busy day but never made me feel rushed. I paid for the trailer and came back the following Monday, when I arrived the modification I had requested was complete and the trailer was on the lot positioned for pick-up. It just doesn't get any better than that. If you need a trailer or hitch work done I would recommend checking them out.

In search of a trailer for my BMW M3 track car a requirement was it fit into my garage. A second requirement, it was light enough that my 5k lb towing capacity SUV would tow it. Trailex aluminum covered my second requirement but I needed the seller to give me EXACT measurements to cover the first. I came across The Hitch Man as a Trailex distributor and Rob was The Man when it came to providing me the measurements. He worked with me as I moved the money around to make the purchase then ensured the pickup process was smooth. Since I’m a rookie at towing Rob was very patient with explaining and showing me the ins/outs of towing.
I highly recommend Hitch Man and ask for Rob!

My purchase was flawless and quick. Shawn was welcoming, attentive and informative, all while the shop was very busy. Hooking up procedures were explained as Shawn hooked up the tow dolly, checked lights and tire pressures. I left with a new tow dolly in under an hour. I recommend the Hitchman for all your towing/trailering needs.Get hooked up with the Hitchman!

Very good communication through the entire process. I dove 5 hrs. roundtrip and was well worth it. Adam answered every question I thought of, explained things I hadn't thought of and made the entire process very enjoyable

We just purchased our third Car Mate enclosed cargo trailer from the Hitch Man and wouldn't go anywhere else.
