I hate going here but Ford was on a long wait list and I was afraid my bumper would fall off. I’ve been arguing with them and State Farm because my truck has a double lock on the hatch that does not work anymore and asked for pre and post diagnostics that myself not State Farm received so it probably wasn’t done. The owner said she’d have to figure out how to do it and yet I’m still waiting

I had my car at another shop (hit a deer) and they were unable to find a rental car for me over the holiday weekend. My insurance company hooked me up with Hertz rental at this location and actually booked me a rental but the Hertz location there was closed. The very nice gentleman that I spoke to at the collision center (Tom, or John, not sure which) took the time out of his day to locate a rental car for me, and I wasn't even his customer. I can't vouch for their repairs but if they give that kind of service to a total stranger over the phone, they are #1 in my book for customer service! Thank you thank you! You saved my Thanksgiving!

My initial experience was very positive. The staff were very responsive and they worked hard to fix my Accord after someone rear ended it. Plus they have an adorable good dog named Hank that you should visit ?However, after getting everything fixed and it's returning our rental car, they sent Hertz info saying we had returned the car a week late and we received a bill for that. I called and let them know about the mistake, which they acknowledged and promised to fix. I received another bill, at that point I called and left a message to ask them to fix the situation because they were the only ones that could fix it. No response. I left another message, with no response. Now I've received a letter from Hertz saying I cannot rent from them in the future. This is ridiculous and could have been fixed by them calling Hertz, but now because of their inability to handle basic admin I'm banned from using Hertz and still have a bill that I will not pay.

Taneytown Collision did a wonderful job fixing my car after a hit and run. The body work is perfect. The staff is so friendly and helpful. They are also a hertz dealer so having a rental car right there when I dropped mine off for repairs was very convenient. My car was ready when promised. I will use them again in the future!Services: Painting
