I ordered a air compresser for my tahoe and they never said oh when you purchase this you also need this and this,or the warranty is no good! So now I am out almost $300.00 they wouldn't take it back or give me another one due to not getting them other parts. I live in TN and when I go to parts place here they say well, if u get this u will need this. Yes I am a woman and no mechanic but that's why they should do their job when I pick up my parts to take to get my vehicle fixed. Yes I would have purchased them other parts had I knew. (Taneytown Napa) Never had a issue before when I lived up there.

Been buying parts for 30 year just had the first big part issue. Valve cover seals bought and the new ones let go within a week of install. Blowing all the oil out of the motor. Talked to Kevin he said they have a company that could step in and help if there was any motor issues. Well it’s smoking and running real bad once oil was put back in. Out a motor now. Rachel is no help at all. Customer service is involved and saying that there have a warranty company that can help resolve any issues that were caused. Yet RACHEL keeps claiming they won’t do anything….. Very upset and my father who has been using them well longer then myself is not happy the way she is trying to handle this….

Good guys, one of the few places left that you can actually go in and ask for a part without getting a million questions from a kid punching a keybord who doesn't know what the hell he's doing!A little high in prices but you'll get the right part the first time!
