This Dollar General most definitely gets a 5 star rating. The customer service is always excellent. The lady that runs the store goes above and beyond. This store is always clean and easy to navigate. Thank You for making Taneytown’s Dollars General the best it can be.

Theresa is a great GM! The employees are very friendly and always greet you and help you find things even when they are super busy! Will always shop there as long as Theresa is there.

I like dollar general for quick household supplies. I get most of my cleaners and soaps here. It's unfortunately been understaffed for a long time, so there is always boxes in the aisle and can sometimes be hard to navigate. They also don't always have the shelves stocked so it can be hard to find what you are looking for. I don't blame the people who work here, they are doing their best!

Had a bad experience with this rude worker there named Jessica. She must not be trained good or just plain something wrong with her because i was just trying to shop and was disturbed by her yelling at another worker. Would not recommend working at a place with people like that.
