If zero was an option i would have put that. Bought a brand new truck from another ford dealer in a different state 8 hours from maryland. Have every warranty that ford offers. i needed to warranty a part and was told that they would not help at all. Told me to go back to the dealer I bought the truck from or call another ford dealer. 0/10 would not recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Exceptional customer service and the body shop are great for accident repair. I would like to be able to come in sooner for appointments, but they are in such high demand for their services.

Made a last minute appointment to check a Ford recall on the chassis of my RV. They were great and friendly. They had the facilities to service a large vehicle. Took care of the issue and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes.

I’ve purchased a lot of vehicles over the last 12 years and crouse ford takes the cake of the best, simplest and stress free buying experience of them all. Lewis was a pleasure to work with. We called THREE times to make sure they could fix a shock on our 35 foot RV and got a resounding yes, yes, yes every time. But when we drop it off they have no record of the RV or what work it needed. To top it off, they call us the next day and say it won’t fit on their lift. This is more than an hour from our house. Everybody was nice but talk about wasted time and energy.

I purchased my 2022 F250 from Crouse after shopping every Ford dealer within 60 miles. Brady, Lewis, and the whole crew were great to work with. Best of all in these times of low inventory they weren't trying to mark up the MSRP on my truck.

There was a miscommunication with the price of an oil change and when trying to get assistance regarding the matter, we received TERRIBLE customer service from an employee at this company. She was very disrespectful, lazy, and rude. When she didn’t agree with what we said, she talked over us and raised her voice to be heard. I recently bought a brand new Ford ranger from Crouse Ford And I want to say you can’t get better than the folks here they make it feel like your family they’re nice and polite and they care about your buying experience so they are customer oriented and will do anything to help the customer. They have the best shop mechanics anyone could want. I would give them Over five stars more like 10 or 20 stars but since they don’t have that on the chart I would have to go with five stars. I recommend Crouse Ford to anyone needing a new vehicle or use vehicle Because you can’t get any better.

I am by no means a disgruntled customer. I understand how this works. But being screwed is another story. i have a 2017 ford edge with about 66,000 miles on it. I have an after market bumper to bumper warranty with a $100 deductible. Took vehicle in for an intermittent blower motor July 2019. They said it was resistor and replaced. Charged me $100. Fine. Picked vehicle up after hours and paid. Went 1/4 mile same problem. I was told Problem appeared intermittent which makes it difficult to diagnosis. I get that part. I asked about getting charged another $100. Was told if it was a different issue, YES. Apparenlty it is a different issue because it wasnt fixed the first time. Left vehicle again with note indicating above. Could not duplicate problem. Was told to drive it there when problem occured. AC wasnt blowing at all now or heat for that matter. Nothing. Took back today, Sept. 16. They went out of their way to look at it since the problem was happening at the moment. Was told it was blower motor. They did not have one in stock. I asked about being charged again. $100 please. Had a long discussion with Chuck and his boss. Said they were not going to eat the $100. Neither was I since it should have been fixed the first time. Got in vehicle to leave without having them repair it, AC was blowing great. Called Chucks boss over to witness. Was about to be charged $100 for a blower motor which was not the problem. I told him bringing vehicle in for repair several times is a nuisance, but paying $100 each time for a part that is not broken IS the problem. Said to make an appointment for them to dig into it further. Thats where we stand at the moment. Make your own judgement.

We moved to Westminster about 4 years ago from California and needed a Ford dealer. We found Crouse Ford and have been a customer ever since. Their service department rocks and is very responsive and easy to work with. The customer waiting area has been remodeled and is very nice. Plus they offer complimentary drinks while waiting for your vehicle. Right now we have a Sportrac with around 120k miles on it. When time comes to trade it in on a pickup, we'll be buying from Crouse.

I leased a Ford Focus from Brady at Crouse Ford a few years back. He took care of everything for me over the phone, and we settled up quickly after a test drive and doing the paperwork about a week later. I found doing business with Brady to go smooth and efficient. No need to haggle, as he gave me a great price right off the bat. I'd recommend going to Crouse Ford next time you need a car. Ask to see Brady, he's the man!
