The pharmacy needs to get rid of there phone . If you call they will put you on hold till you hang up and won’t let you even say anything. 35 mins on hold they picked up 6 times and immediately put me back on hold just wanted to know how much was my prescription was gonna be ,to make sure I had enough before going ?

The lady at the window spent 25 minutes checking me in for a covid vaccine. I am not kidding, it actually took 25 minutes! Not to mention waiting in line for 15 minutes. I had an appointment, I don't have any medical history, and I have one of the major insurances. I can't believe I was standing in front of her for 25 minutes. I have never met such a slow person in my life!

Been on wait on the phone for so long I’ve had 2 people answer just to say hello and put me on hold. Worst customer service. Sometimes the phone rings and rings and rings and no one picks up.

One of my local favorites! Come here all the time to drop off my disposable camera/pick up prints and do some shopping. Staff is super approachable and helpful ! Love Walgreens

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They ask you to call them and then no one answers the phone. If you by some luck get someone who answers your phone, they hang up on you. Minimum 3 hours to get accomplished at this pharmacy. Don't go here. You'll just deal with exceptionally rude pharmacy staff for 5x the amount of time you'd spend at any other pharmacy.

Unfortunately, this is the slowest Walgreens that I've ever visited. The prescription pick-up line is the same line as the COVID vaccine line, which causes a pretty big slowdown. I also had to give up on trying to get some basic products that are kept locked behind those anti-shoplifting plastic protectors, since the alert buttons are all broken and the only staff visible are at the counter checking out extremely long lines. Two stars for their convenient hours, but I will definitely try to avoid this location if at all possible. Maybe this store is understaffed right now? Hope I can update this review with something more positive if I do come back again.

Worst customer service. My sister and I went to print some pictures and we asked for the cable to print them , the young lady was rude the whole time she doesn’t seems she likes to help their customers. Then it said to come back in 30 min. The young lady that “helped” us knew it wasn’t working and she didn’t tell us anything. We got there to pick up the pictures , and then they guy at the register said oh put the printers are out of service , and the young lady that gave us the cable didn’t said anything at all. If I could give 0 stars I would, they don’t have customer service neither help their customers..
