“We have been taking our cars to Gary and his team for several years now. They have never failed to provide uncomparable service, with fair and clear rates, as well as detailed descriptions of proposed work. And most importantly they keep track of what our car services our car has had done and what it needs and have always kept an open line of communication via phone text and email.
Here's another small but huge thing for me: a few years back my daughter and I were on vacation and had an issue with my car's starter. We were 4 hours away from Preferred but I called them anyway. I spoke to Todd (a dream!) who quickly diagnosed the issue over the phone. Because they keep such accurate records of our vehicle he was able to tell me when that part had last been addressed and explained why it may have been an issue now. He even offered suggestions for how to find a reputable shops for the repair as well as parameters for a fair pricing.
How is THAT for service?
We have referred many friends and neighbors to Preffered and will continue to do so. I cannot say enough good things about them.”

“These guys are very professional, originally went in to get a quote to fix a rear diffuser, put a deposit down, they ordered the part, and got my car fixed within a day after getting said part. Victor, Felipe, and Mario are my go-to guys if anything ever happens to my vehicle from now on. Fair pricing to respectable folks. Best of both worlds in my opinion. The very next week I had received my aftermarket taillights with reflectors and I asked Victor for a quote even tho they don't specialize in custom tail lights and reflectors. Felipe and Mario got right on the job. Got the job done within 3-4 hours of dropping off the car. Amazing work from these guys.”

“I’ve taken my Honda RDX in 3 times for brake rotors, pads, oil and filter, a/c maintenance, 30k maintenance and most recently a battery replacement. When an Exxon mechanic told me I needed a brake job Mr. Kim said that wasn’t correct, and consequently, I was able to put it off for more than a year. This shop is not near me, but I went on a recommendation. Mr. Kim is always fair, reasonable and with great customer service. When my battery died recently, I went straight to his shop after jumping it. He said it would be a couple of hours because staff was at lunch. I said that’s ok, I can wait. Instead, he decided to take care of the battery install himself because he didn’t want me to wait. I highly recommend this shop.”
