VaMeka is the best. I've been going to her class for years and you won't find a better trainer. Her boot camp is always varied so you never get bored.

This is a must for anyone who wants to get in / stay in shape and add aerobics and strength training with enough variety to keep you engaged. Oh, and then there is having a great trainer who works you at your pace, pushes enough to make you stretch and still takes time to care about your results. Thanks you Vameka......keep up the good work and so will I!

DCFitbody boot camp is the ONLY boot camp I would join!!! I was attending this boot amp last year and I miss it SOOO much!! Vameka is a great instructor she focuses on helping each individual meet their goals. I lost 35 pounds and my boy fat dropped to 18% when I was going to her!! I absolutely loved the workouts since there were different workouts everyday that focused on a certain part of your body but still workin everything else out. I don't know where she comes up with some of these workouts but they are AWESOME!!! if you are dedicated and really want to change your lifestyle and really want to learn I love working out... Then you need to sign up with Vameka!!! I more from DC to Germantown MD so I can't attend her boot camp anymore but man I wish I could!! She kept me so motivated and off the couch! She truley is amazing, not only your coach but your friend.

Not sure why there are negative reviews, but they couldn't be farther from the truth. I promise attending DC Fit Body Bootcamp will be the best decision you ever make towards getting/staying in shape and living a healthy lifestyle. Vameka is a such great motivator! All of us have to start somewhere and you're always going to struggle when you're just starting an exercise regimen, with that being said...she works with you at your pace. Of course she is going to push you to go beyond what you THINK you can do, but isn't that what you came for??? You need that extra push to get you towards your goals and that's exactly what she does. I attended rather regularly for a few months and boy did I see the results. The only reason I don't go on a more regular basis is trying to make it there after I get off of work in the middle of rush hour is a little challenging, but I'm working on that! It also helps because she has added more sessions and you can just jump on in doing warm-ups until the next one begins. I love how she switches it up with workouts inside as well as outdoors, gives you a change of scenery and more variety in the exercises you can do. All I can say is if you're ready to make a change in your life then you should definitely give Fit Body Bootcamp a try, you won't regret it. It's sad that the other ladies didn't get the full experience because of a schedule conflict with Groupon. You should talk to VaMeka, she seems real cool and would probably be able to rectify the situation.

At the referral of a friend, I purchased a Groupon for one month unlimited bootcamp classes. I would define myself as being out of shape and it showed during my first week! I was extremely soar-- which proved that what Vameeka was doing was working...and working all of my muscle groups! The classes are run in 30 minute "workouts", but you are able to stay for 2 consecutive sessions (so a total of 60 minutes), which is what I did. I attended the Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 6:30am classes and although they were well attended, it was never overly crowded-- Vameeka was able to attend to us all! What I really enjoyed was that every workout was different- it kept things interesting. In addition to the fitness classes, my Groupon package also included a meal/nutrition online support. Since I really wasn't trying to lose that much weight, I must admit that I didn't take advantage of the meal/nutrition support. If you are trying to lose weight or get back into shape, I'd highly recommend signing up for classes with Vameeka!
