Officially my go to spot to get my braids done. It has not even been 24 hours and I have gotten 6 compliments on my hair! It only took 3.5 hours and my hair is so neat and professionally done. Great customer service - she was friendly and gave me other ideas for hairstyles in the future. Will definitely be going back and would recommend this location to friends/family!

She was friendly but braids too tight and uneven. I asked for simple straight backs to wear under a wig, but she put slanted messy braids on my head. I’m not tender headed and I get braids all the time but I couldn’t even keep the braids on my head for 24 hours. I now have a bald spot in the front of my head. I could’ve braided my hair myself. I regret coming here.

My hair came out decent but a lot of things I didn’t like .
1: didn’t mouse my hair after doing crochet braid in it nor did they comb out the knots or trim it how I liked . They pretty much added the hair and didn’t do any care for the curls so I could walk out ready to go in case I go somewhere after . I had to go home and finger comb it myself and get all the shedding out and buy my own mouse when there was jar of mousse right in front of her that she could’ve used on me but I guess they were rushing.
2: didn’t grease my scalp before adding the crochet hair so now I have to fish through the hair and grease my scalp myself
3: kept switching stylist . I booked with the owner and she handed me off to the pregnant lady once her other client showed up.
4. The pregnant girl that worked on me kept pulling my real hair with the crochet hook and clearly didn’t know what she was doing . Also didn’t like how her pregnant belly kept pushing against me .
5. they did the front first so while they did the back , There was a bunch of hair in my face
6. Overall I won’t come back. Very unprofessional and small space to work in . I was uncomfortable the whole time

Great little place. Colette fit me in and braided my hair quickly but just because she was fast doesn’t mean it doesn’t look awesome. Professional, kind and funny that one. All the stars for Colette.

I decided to come here after having some bad experiences at another nearby salon. And let me tell you, it was DEFINITELY worth it! Making the appointment was very easy. The next day, after making the appt, I had questions, so I sent her a text. She was very quick to respond and answered all my questions. The prices are reasonable, and she did an amazing job on my hair. Her salon suite was clean and organized. The location has free and accessible parking available. I will definitely return, and yes, I DEFINITELY recommend!

Ms. Collette was pleasant. Customer Service, professionalism, and style was A+. My style of choice was shoulder length box braids and she was finished within 2hours! She earned a returning customer! ☺️

This lady is very courteous, efficient, open to your suggestions for hair styles or concerns, good location with parking, works very quickly and does a great job! She has a good heart as well. I've been having her put the crocheted hair in over my graying hair for over a year, and she's been doing a great job. I have her braid my hair over the summer months... takes a while, but it's in there for a long time! I have referred her to two other ladies who are equally satisfied.

I absolutely am in love with my knotless braids! They are the exact length and style that I asked for. Ms.Collette made my braids nice and neat just how I like them (because I am very particular about this). My hair is long, thick and healthy and she knew just how much hair to add to my own hair to make it look natural. The salon is very peaceful and I needed that on my day off!!!
