I also wish I could give this store zero stars. Went this morning with a non-Indian friend. We arrived close to opening. Walked in and no one acknowledged us. Older gentleman was at a side counter helping a customer. I need something for a very formal wedding. We looked at the salwar sets on our own but wondered if there was more in the back. Another employee came out and the man tore himself away to help us for a short time. He didn't know the merchandise. The other employee tore herself away from the woman to 'help' us. This is after being in the store for 20 minutes! She pointed at the outfits we had already seen. She said they did have more in the back, but I should try some on to determine my size. I know my size. Asked her to bring the outfits out and I would try one on if I liked it. She insisted on her way and literally ran back to the same customer. How rude! Many of the outfits had so much gold that they seemed gaudy to me. Too bad folks, my budget was $300. Will never return...

Unbelievable choli stitching price. I have loved the shopping here- made me feel like I had gone to India. After having bought so many sarees from them ,salwar kameez materials & even a suitcase for India travel I had to stop myself from going there again. I couldn't believe that they were charging me $45/- for each choli, plus extra for lining & fall of the sarees. I will not be going buy to buy anymore from here as the prices are so unreasonable.

Overpriced! Everything in the store is marked with “Sale” stickers, but the prices are ridiculous. You can get the exact same clothes online at various sites for much cheaper. Will not be returning.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I called them to see what their selection was since I had gone to a few places that had only a few options and driving to this store would be about 2 hours out of my day. The store manager picked up and said they had a huge selection and I specifically asked, pink or gold tops? I really coming from a distance and will not bother if there are not a lot of options. He said yes I will find plenty of both color types. Sure enough, I drove there and there is literally only 2 pink tops. I asked to speak to the manager. When I explained, he literally waved his hand basically telling me he had enough of this conversation and to go. At a minimum, he should have tried to work with me to go through all options like he said he would on the phone. A complete j*** to say the least. If you are looking for options, quality and good service, you will not find any of those three here.

I was shopping for a couple of outfits for an upcoming wedding. Older couple ( I assume are owners) were very nice. A younger woman was there and I asked her to help me find a size, zip my dress, nothing out of the ordinary. Anyway I would up getting 3 or 4 items, and the young woman suddenly indicated to me that I should give her a Cash Only tip, and I should do it away from the register. This seemed a little odd to me, since she hadn't been doing anything out of the ordinary to help me. I carried my try-ons to the dressing room and returned the rejects to where I got them from. Nevertheless, I paid in cash and handed her the 10 bucks + in leftover change in front of the cashier. I didn't appreciate feeling like I got a 'shake down' for simply going in to buy a few clothing items. Has anyone else ever tipped a salesperson at ISPalace?

I really used to love this store. There was a lady working there on Sunday who was older and helped me with bangles. She was so kind and sweet. Today on Tuesday, I was "helped" by a lady with medium length black hair and foundation that didn't match her skin. She was so rude. Never have I ever felt more self conscious about my weight there. I'm not even heavy, I'm thick for real I got a shape. It was horrible. She would just stare. It was the weirdest thing ever. When I was picking clothes , she kept saying "it wont fit" or "what size is that". So, for the "small" things she said were to small actually fit. She was so rude but nice to other indian people and I'm indian. I have a tattoo and was wearing a tank..so.. I don't know if it was a turn off but whatever. I wanted to get a saree today but her attitude made me want to get out of there faster. She was just rude for no reason. I'm an even tempered person but she just pushed my buttons. I had been there back in 2012 and got a saree from here and I loved it. The people there were kind and caring but today was a horrible experience. The men there were fine but she, no thank you.NEXT! Anyways long story short I ended up buying things that I wanted minus the sari.

When we came into the store there were lots of eyes looking at us, but the greeting at the door was welcoming. There's a lot of beautiful things in the store. An associate came up and asked us if we needed help and he really came through above and beyond which allowed me to buy a beautiful dress for my niece. We also bought fabric and other things. In the end, this store has much beautiful things.
