Good bank I guess. I love their lollipops and I recommend them. Not sure if you can stop by just for a lollipop or two.

I always go to this branch and the employees are always professional ,but this morning I stopped by to do some banking business ,this cashier her name is “Ketty” after askingme for my ID she said “oh ur birthday is coming up so you gonna go to the “strip club”right?” and I have told her I feel offended and I don’t like what she is asking me and she better watch her words about what she’s asking clients, but instead of apologizing ,she tried to engage me to another conversation about her Co-worker from my country that she said don’t mind her asking this kind of questions…….she’s such a rude and unprofessional employee and I think this kind of unprofessional behavior doesn’t has to belong to a professional business institution like capital one bank!!

So bad costumer service one of the guys there didn’t want to help me open a business account bc it will take long. And there’s like 4 small spots so they can help other clients and is only one person that takes forever??♂️

Just went here to open an estate account for my Dad who passed away. He and I have both had accounts here for 20 years. After making me wait for 45 minutes they said they couldn’t do it.

Worst bank and customer service ever.I was trying to open a bank account, there was only 1 customer service representative who asked me to wait. I waited for about 45 minutes when a lady showed up just to tell me they were not opening bank accounts.I tried to give a suggestion to please have something to write your name so customers can be helped in the right order and also that they should ask customers what they need so customers don’t be wasting their time, and the lady gave me her attitude.I would never open a bank account with this bank, at least not at this branch.

The worst bank ever to banking. I went there the other day for wire transfer & told to come back the next day. Because they said they don’t accept after 3 (even though I was there since 2:30). I came back the next day & told to do it online. I know they could do it but they all talk each other in other language & didn’t want to serve me. Sad

I've never been to this location before today, so I can't say whether the problems I encountered are due to the pandemic or not. But during this visit, the service kind of sucked. They have seven teller windows and when I first arrived there were only two tellers while 6 of us waited in line. It was ridiculous. Those two tellers took a long time with their clients (I'm assuming their issues were complicated) and finally one more teller was brought out. Now, I'm not blaming the tellers themselves, they're doing their best but are clearly short-staffed. It's a trend I've noticed in other Capital Ones too. And it needs to be addressed because I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes for a two minute transaction.

This Capital One location is the worst!!! I hate coming here. The lines are always long and the tellers are extremely slow!!!! I feel that upper management needs to do an evaluation of this branch. And from the looks of the reviews this should have been done a while ago!
