The Prescription allows me to see Far BUT blur my Near Vision!!!
I got a prescription from Walter Reed Naval Medical Center ... The New Prescription is WAY different than what America's "Best" Prescribed.

Jose. R was extremely helpful! He went above and beyond to help me retrieve my prescription off my phone. He is extremely professional and personable. I enjoyed engaging in a conversation with him. If it wasn’t for him I would have left because of the attitude the from the first person you see when you walk in.
The receptionist is rude but young and needs training or to be in the back. She has no interest in great customer service . When you look around she was the only person with a bad attitude.
The other women working name begins with C,( sorry) need glasses couldn’t see the whole name black woman was engaging with her clients, laughing and customers appeared extremely satisfied like I was with Jose.
One bad apple, I am a returning customer paying with cash not insurance. I can go anywhere because of everyone else I returned and will return again.

Came in to get new glasses and contacts and both times José displayed above and beyond customer service. He is detailed, kind and passionate about his job! I was impressed with the service he gave and would recommend anyone ISO of some good advice on glasses to come to him. Thanks José!

This location used to be great. Dr. Kellner is patient and thorough; however over the past year it has been a mess. Waiting for 30-70 minutes after appointment scheduled time to be seen. No one seems to know where paperwork or anything is when you come in. And there is a ton of staff always mulling around but never actual able to help you. It's a shame because it used to be a great location.
