So incredibly rude and unhelpful. I really hate writing reviews, but I literally went to my car in tears because of how condescending she was. I was just trying to return something, and she was anything but helpful.

BIG BIG BIG SHOUTOUT to Kiera (sp?) who stayed after closing on May 8th with my baby chicks who were delivered to this location late in the day! You are awesome! I absolutely appreciated you staying and waiting for me to come all the way from woodbine. I hope someone sees this post and gives Kiera the recognition she deserves! Thank you again Kiera!

The Progress Way location is horrible! One particular clerk goes out of her way to give customers a hard time. Maybe try not acting like you’re above everyone. And she needs to stop chewing gum so obnoxiously when she is the counter assistance for the public. The remaining employees have been very helpful.

They lost my macbook air in delivery. I had to send it to my daughter in college but never got there. I called claims department and they said it never left the post office. It had to be on ground delivery due to the battery they said.. and they never told me if I had to purchase insurance. Usps only covers $100 and I paid $15 for the delivery fee.

It's not easy working at the postal service, but the people at the Sykesville USPS do a great job. The managers there have been extremely helpful in tracking down packages when needed. Many thanks to all the workers at this location.

I don’t know what is wrong with some of black people that work at this location. They are always so rude and make you feel uncomfortable in having to ask them for something. The other day a Latino guy was the only attendant available at the time and he was so nice! Next day a black woman was so rude to everyone, and it’s not the first time!

I’m so tired of going to this place and have to deal with the very rude attendants that work there. Is it really the case you can’t find anyone else that actually wants to work there? Because seems like some of the attendants are being forced to work there! Get better.

I've been coming here nearly every weekday for over 2 years dropping off packages for my job and the staff does a great job. Extremely grateful for their hard work.

The absolute worst branch I have ever had to deal with. Consistently awful for years on end. "Management" is aware of their ongoing issues and refuses to act.

We've lived here 27+ years and have struggled with delivery service nearly the entire time. The past 4 or so years have been the WORST. We have a contractor named Chris who services our delivery. His drivers consistently mis-deliver our mail. Packages are lost on a fairly regular basis. The drivers say they put things in our mailbox, yet they never arrive! Chris actually paid, out of his pocket for 2 items that were lost! I have tried calling today (12/7/2023) 13 times and no one answers. Why don't I drive there? I can't due to health issues. And my insurance wants me to get meds via USPS? Heck No! Why would you vote by mail if it is important to you that your vote be counted? Incredibly frustrating to deal with this office.Edited to add... Bridget has been about the only person who has tried to resolve our issues, but her hands are tied.

Today, at 3:14PM a woman (clerk 1) took my package and threw it about 20ft into their bin and gave me an attitude when I asked if she did that with all of them. Absolutely horrible employee for the position, and if my product I'm selling is damaged you bet you'll be buying it after my customer returns it.

I’ve always had a good experience here. During the busy season, they’re very good at “crowd control”, opening up as many windows as possible and setting a dedicated station for those not shipping packages. Bring a smile, and you’ll get a smile!

I chose to use ground service since it’s substantially cheaper and offers the same coverage if you’re not in a hurry. The clerk handed me a marker and said I had to write it on the box. I told her it would easily rub off the clear tape and I would use a plain paper label. She said that wasn’t acceptable and I had to write it by hand with the marker since I wanted the cheaper service. I laughed and went to UPS.
