Originally, I was a bit hesitant in buying a used vehicle from small pre-owned auto dealers not associated with big name car companies. I decided to give Trust Auto a try. I was not disappointed. The staff is very friendly from the receptionist to the manager. First, they have a huge assortment of vehicles in immaculate condition. They have a complete service department should any issues arise. Finally, they have a top notch sales team. Jason, my sales associate, was very professional, responsive, and accommodating. I bought a 2021 Tesla S which had a good price and in excellent condition. The charger was missing but Trust Auto purchased one of my choice at their cost. I did have an issue with a power folding mirror through no fault of their own. However, Trust Auto stepped up and ordered one and installed for me all at their cost. Their service department is extremely professional and followed up with me and kept me posted through out the process. I can't tell you how important it is to keep the lines of communication open and to follow up with customers. Thank you Trust Auto team. Job well done! I will most certainly be buying my next vehicle from you in the future.

Would not recommend, called repeatedly asking to be sent numbers on a car I was interested in buying. I was sent a link to the ad for the car and that was all. Never could get any kind of actual price for the car. Sales representative seemed uninterested in trying to make a sale.

Very well-kept and run facility, but communication from the sales team could be better. They sold a vehicle I had test driven to a walk-in customer while I waited for a response to a question. I understand businesses need to make money, but I would have given a deposit if there was better communication.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from a dealership that truly exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I made contact with Vlad, I knew I was in good hands. Vlad was incredibly helpful and communicative, staying in touch and offering support even before I stepped foot in the dealership. His attention to detail and genuine care made me feel valued as a customer right from the start.
When I finally arrived, I was warmly greeted by Sami, whose energy and enthusiasm were infectious. Sami's passion for what she does created such a welcoming atmosphere! ? The entire establishment had a family and team vibe, making it a place where I felt completely comfortable.
Throughout the entire process, Vlad and Mike from the finance team were outstanding. They were not only informative but also incredibly supportive, guiding me through every step of the journey with patience and understanding. Their professionalism and warmth made what can often be a stressful experience into something truly enjoyable.

I am very happy with the customer service that I got from Trust Auto. The team there was very happy and eager to help with all my needs. I own 2 construction companies and was in need of a quality truck. Yuliya, Sami and the team put the work in and made the process before purchase and after purchase very simple and easy. ?Should be DON’T TRUST auto, DO NOT let them run your credit, get your OWN financing!!! Triple check everything they say or give you to sign! Inspect the vehicle carefully, had to bring vehicle back multiple times for repairs and issues they had “fixed” before buying. ?? called like the response to this review said, got no help! AVOID this place unless you like salvaged rusty junk, flood vehicles.
