I recently went in Starfire Designs to have my wedding ring resized. The entire experience was outstanding. The jeweler/owner was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The cost was fair and the result was perfect.Thank you very much!!

Janet was just amazing and very knowledgeable about diamonds.I had a diamond fall out of my wedding band which is about 90 years old. She replaced it in less than a week. Service was impeccable and I've now found my new favorite Jewelry Store. I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

I love this little shop. Beautiful jewelry, excellent customer service, very friendly. This is my go to place for new jewelry, cleaning my old jewelry, getting a new watchband, getting jewelry repaired or adjusted. They do it all!

If I could give this store zero stars, I would. I went in 7/12/21. There was a man being waited on. There was also 2 women looking around. Not sure if they needed help. I could have waited, I did, for about 10 minutes. There was a lady and a younger guy behind the counter at a work station. Neither one looked up during that 0 minutes to say, can I help u? Or we are somewhat busy, it may be 20 minutes, or whatever. I wasn't even acknowledged. Very rude. I don't recommend this store at all. I went to Miki's Treasures. He was very accommodating.

Took my engagement ring in for an adjustment to the prongs. Very friendly. Returned my ring... repaired and sparking clean.

Brought in a very fine watch and a Timex watch, and asked for the wrist band to be extended slightly on the fine watch, and for the battery to be replaced on the Timex watch.The band on the fine watch was steel with many complicated links. I was told that it would take some time to fit the watch the way I asked and she'd call me within a couple hours. I got a call less than an hour or so later letting me know my watch was ready!She was patient, understanding, friendly, and educational. She taught me a little bit about my watch and I left satisfied and with a smile on my face. Very greatful for her service.

Bought a new band for my Seiko turtle online. Seiko dive watches use a larger spring bar then most and the spring bars that came with the band I got just didn't fit right. A family member suggested Starfire Designs to see if they had a spring bar that would fit the band and the lugs on my watch. Staff was very kind and I left my watch with them for a few days while they looked to see what they could do. Maybe an hour after I left they called and said they found spring bars to fit and its ready to pickup! More then fair pricing and added that little extra attention to detail by winding, setting the time, day, and date so it was ready to go. First time customer, but it wont be my last.

Bought a watch here as a Christmas gift for my son, last year. He absolutely loves it. Janet (owner) is wonderful. Not pushy, but attentive to your needs and knowledgeable. I'm currently saving up to buy a new wedding set here, as I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I liked the fact that masks were required and plexiglass shields were strategically placed of safety. Starfire is a local full service jewelry store which is now my favorite place to take any of my jewelry for repair,as well as make a new purchase. I went there for the first time last month to have an old ring of my mother's remade into something for my daughter. I had a vague idea what I wanted it to look like. Janet somehow took my idea and made it better...within a week I had 2 gorgeous rings instead of 1. In addition she cleaned and checked my wedding rings for free. The service is always great and the quality of work superior. I highly recommend this store.

I stopped in to see if my watch was broken or needed a new battery. I was greeted quickly and a new battery was placed in my watch. Also I was given the battery for free just because I was the first customer of the day
