Staff here are excellent, helpful, and incredibly nice. PNC needs to make them managers. The manager here however doesn't want to help at all and just wants to push through to get you out the door. "No we can't do that" with no understanding of the situation and trying to find options. Manager is incredibly unprofessional, uncooperative, and unhelpful. Sure hope I don't have to go back to this location ever again.

Simple...drive up to vacuum tube..place inside the tube your trabsaction..send ..wait for it to be transaction to be completed and sent back to you...done

Probably going to find a new bank. Both atms not working and apparently it's a big deal to go into the bank. I can't drive right now because I have epilepsy and can't go through the drive thru. How am I supposed to get my cash out.Update - Cant close my account yet because I'm waiting on the stimulus money. So I was going to take all my money except the minimum I need to not be charged which was $50 when I opened my account years ago. She tells me the minimum is $500. When I first opened the account I was broke and specifically went to them because the minimum was only $50. This bank is a scam.

Normally everything is great, but the closure of the Finksburg branch has caused me to rethink the bank. Last Saturday it took me 45 minutes in the drive thru line in Westminster just to get to the window. That is ridiculous!! Never ever would have happened before the loss of out local branch. You really need a refresher in customer service!

Stephanie T is wonderful. She is top notch and spends hours retrieving documents for She gave me a warm hug this morning. Barry also has spent time as well opening a new safety deposit box and was willing to reimburse me if I found my lost key. Helen made me a cup of coffee. She is new to the office. They have all been there for me through my most difficult time of transition.

The atm is often unavailable or a transaction doesnt function. I.e. i tried to deposit cash and it wouldnt let me. Very frustrating.

I was 100 miles from home needed my money we been banking with them 20 years had multiple forms of Identification they refused to help in an honest emergency so we canceled our a count no more business ever .staff member Jennifer thought I was a fruad they could have helped our local bank dont ask us for no I'd. Vey clean interior, but most importantly a very kind and cimpationate staff that makes you feel like you are the most important person they have seen all day, which goes far since you are not always in the best mood when you need to make physical trips to your local bank.
