The establishment was impressive, offering a wide variety of dog clothing and toys. The staff demonstrated a commendable level of customer service, providing assistance when needed. The premises were well-maintained and devoid of unpleasant odors, unlike some other establishments.

Nikki at the Eldersburg Md grooming salon is wonderful! She is so good with my Mia. When the day comes to take Mia to get groomed, I just say let’s go see Nikki, Mia starts talking to me and jumps around in the back seat until we get inside and see Nikki. She is a true asset to your company! ❤️

Everyone is always helpful at Petco. I usually only call the aquatic department, because all I have are my fish. They have helped me when I needed help with invasive snails, and gave me good information to help with the issue. And, Miss Lilith is a very honest woman and very helpful when it comes to aquatic needs.

Came in to get some dogfood and saw one of the dog groomers in the window grooming a dog. She was Caucasian and very skinny with dark hair. She was very aggressive with the dog she was grooming and grabbing its neck and was very agitated. I felt bad for the dog. I would never want that lady to come within 10 ft of my dog. I definitely would not recommend bringing your dog in here to be groomed. Poor dog!

Great Petco. Lots of fish. They also do a lot of cool events. We love going here as a family to check out all the new animals. Also well stocked for your pet needs.
