About 6 year ago Owings Brothers renovated our primary bathroom. My wife and I love it! This past Sunday I tried to adjust the shower head, and it came off in my hand. UGH. Turned the water off and got in touch with them. They responded on a Sunday night and were able to get a plumber out to fix it on Tuesday morning! Mike the plumber did not make a mess and was even done in 20 minutes. This seems to me to be way above and beyond what most contractors would do. I do not hesitate to recommend Owings Brothers to anyone looking to do either minor to major renovations in the western or northern Baltimore area. Thank you very much. Steve B

We added an addition that was actually larger than our original house. We needed the extra room to care for aging parents and to allow my husband and I to age in place. Every person I've worked with each step of the way from design through build has been friendly, kind, professional and knowledgeable. We are extremely happy with our additional living spaces. More than a great install and remodel look for our two bathrooms, every Owings Brothers Contractor team member involved in the process demonstrated high quality expertise in their field, going above & beyond to meet our specific customer “care-abouts”. High marks for communication and results, meeting our design, accessibility, and safety requirements. They even took extra care to keep construction areas safe for our inquisitive dog. We used Owings Brothers for our basement remodeling project. Originally our basement was a completely unfinished space with no real use other than junk storage. We contacted Owings Brothers to design a more functional space to include a full bath, kitchenette, and spaces for relaxing. They also expanded the natural light entering the space by installing a significantly larger set of sliding doors. Craig, Chad, and the rest of the Owings team were easy to work with and always available to answer any questions we had. They also were forthright with issues that came up and offered solutions that were respectful of both our schedule and budget. We will recommend Owings Brothers to our friends and family as well as reach out to them when we’re ready to tackle the next project.Service: Basement remodeling

So glad we found Owings Brothers. The entire process, from initial consultation through design and construction, was great. Everyone from Owings clearly communicated what to expect throughout the whole project, and the on-site project manager was knowledgeable and friendly. They worked around our schedule when we needed a break for the holidays and picked up where they left off in the new year. This was a major renovation (kitchen and entrance, stairs, flooring). It took a while to get started due to supply chain issues, but they managed our expectations, and planned well. They were very helpful with design. Once they got started, they worked fast, and were responsive to our questions. The people working in the house were polite and cleaned or covered work-in-progress and debris every day. We were able to stay in the house throughout the project. We feel so lucky to have worked with Owings Brothers. From start to finish with our garage renovation, Bernard helped us every single step of the way. He listened to our desires to convert our garage to a living space, and remembered things we wanted within the space to give us options to achieve what we wanted. We would 100% work with Bernard and Owings Brothers for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone needing work done. His level of professional detail, insightfulness, work ethic, and kindness made our renovation project much less stressful. Everything from the beginning of design and selection process to the final result was professional and made easy. We had two full bath remodels, a laundry room addition, large master walk in closet installed, and a beautiful kitchen remodel which included a large vaulted ceiling. We had a great experience with all employees and contractors that were involved in our project. Our carpenter, Perry, is a workhorse and did a fantastic job.
