Excellent service! These guys are great and Martin was beyond welcoming and an incredible help from start to finish! This visit wasn’t the first and it certainly won’t be the last. As someone who also works in the automotive industry on the Customer Service/Management for the Transmission side of things, I always appreciate when my wife and I venture out to other specialty shops for repairs and we’re greeted with kindness, support, knowledge, friendliness and expertise! The Repair/Service was quick and they gave us a great price! Both of which allowed my wife and I to breathe a sigh of relief. As always, they saved the day and I appreciate the whole team there immensely! Thanks guys!

When I arrived at NTB, i was expecting to hustled. The service writer (Martin) exceeded my expectations with honesty and knowledge about tires. When the work was completed, I spent less money than I thought .

Excellent services. Great price.
Had both my cars recently serviced at NTB Eldersburg. One car was to replace the rear brakes, both rotors and pads. And the other car was to replace all four tires. Got both cars done for much less than two other local shops that estimated those replacements.
Definitely coming back.
Highly recommended.

Absolutely horrible! Talked with the store manager at Westminster store to have tires mounted and balanced on Friday he said show up Saturday at 330pm. I showed up Saturday at 3pm and he acted like we never talked and had a piss poor attitude. They pulled my truck in finally and told me they can’t do it. I was redirected by him to go to the eldersburg store and when I showed up there was some attitude but they said they would do it. After about 2 or so hours and 2 broken tire pressure sensors later I finally get to leave. I don’t make it down the road a half mile and hear a loud bang I figured it was a rock or something then again and again banging down the side of my truck and hitting cars next to me, it was the wheel weights flying off the wheels while going down the road. I am so dissatisfied it is unbelievable. I have heard nothing but complaints from them and have received nothing but subpar work. I will not be coming back whatsoever and advise you don’t either.

I called ahead to get a quote for 4 tires and alignment. I received a very good quote compared to some others that I had received, so I scheduled service. When I arrived they told it would be about 1.5 hours, so I went for some lunch and came back. When I got back they said it would take a bit longer than expected, but they were kind enough to drop me off at my house while they finished up. Great customer service. Work was done well. Would highly recommend.
