Hands-down, one of the best experiences I've ever had with an auto repair shop. Customer service is fabulous, turnaround time is fabulous, prices are on par with other shops. Special benefits set them apart - free loaner vehicle, military discounts, and a thank you card with a cookie when you pick up your car. ?

I recently had an issue where I was smelling gas while driving. I took my car to a different shop where I was charged a bunch of money for diagnostic tests and an oil change, but they couldn't tell me exactly what the problem was. Brought it to LMW and within a couple hours they found the fuel leak and suggested a solution. They were ultimately able to fix the problem and were great to work with the entire time. I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again.

I always take my cars to LMW, I know it is getting done right. The staff is very personable and technology interface lets you see what is being done and at what price easily.

LMW Auto shop has been a major service provider for our family in Eldersburg, Md since it began formerly as Lascoula Auto.
Lonnie now the Managing Partner worked around his parents and siblings from a young age developing with his brother John a sense of quality partnership with their customers. 30+ years we've trusted our vehicles safety to their diligent work and those who work along side them. Making the personal attention to customer service a model which other business should take note.

LMW staff is always friendly and efficient. I was referred to them by a co-worker and now it is where I send my family! As a military family we appreciate their contributions to our community so we will continue to utilize their service! I have also partnered with them in a professional capacity as they sponsor students in a work based learning experience that I coordinate for a non-profit. All around great business!

Went for oil change.
Very pleasant and chill experience.
All staff is highly competent and polite.
Highly recommend.
Watch out as there are 2 other parking lots close which are not connected to the business, so if you turn early like I did you will have to go back on the main road and turn around.

Great service and friendly staff. And affordable pricing. Duane is the best mechanic he knows how to work on imported and domestic and always up to a challenge. Not letting me create a new review for the most recent visit they went beyond my expectations. And like usual Duane is the best mechanic in the DMV. They did my ball joints, and a few other things that needed to be addressed and got it taken care of for the best price possible. I’m haft tempted to give out their business cards.

Took my 2012 Ford Escape to the Randallstown location exhibiting some serious front end issues. After a thorough check there were some problems that needed to be addressed. Brandon provided a quote ( very reasonable) and the work was completed very timely.....the vehicle operates like it did when we bought it 12 yrs ago! Kudos! ...??....BTW thanks for the treat!!!
