Sent in an online inquiry and immediately received a follow up from JESSE, guys like him make the entire car buying experience easy and fun. We called in expressing interest in a SUPRA Launch Edition and JESSE did his homework in advance, he knew all of the right answers and was able to answer any question we may have had, a conversation with him felt like a winning round of jeopardy. We ended up purchasing the car, sight unseen and relied heavily on all of his answers. He was very thorough with photos and videos, didn't matter the time of day or night when I sent a text, he replied. He got us the exact price we wanted, worked with our transporter to make sure the car was secured and hauled away for delivery. He was a dream to work with and I highly recommend using him, he's definitely an asset to the Antwerpen family! Will definitely use him again in the future if the opportunity permits!

Purchased a vehicle here and left a deposit. The vehicle was to be picked up at another dealership. We were told that it would be here for almost a week straight and then after calling multiple times we were told that the vehicle had been sold.We received our deposit back and purchased a vehicle from another Chevy dealership that we located online and purchased the same day.

Buyer beware of Renda and her magic desk (you will see what I mean if you ever do business there - her entire desktop is computerized). She's a fast talker and quick with her pen to point out where you should initial based on the answers you give to her questions. Make sure you read what you are initialing and DO NOT take her word for it. She will sell you services/warranties that you clearly decline all the while distracting you with endless stories of her pet goats that like to jump on trampolines and passersby that leave fan mail in her mail box. It got to the point that I had to ask her to please focus on the business at hand as she had a story for everything she tried to sell me. I eventually waived my hand over her entire desk and told her that I was not interested in any of the extras or warranties she was trying to sell me. I made it VERY clear - no mistake about it. My 31-year-old daughter was with me and attested to the same. Once we wrapped things up at Renda's magic desk I was directed back to the salesman who was ready to send me on my way. When I asked for the paperwork to review I was handed a flash drive and was told that everything was conveniently saved on the drive - only to find that I could not access it once I got home. A few weeks later I received an invoice from the company who financed my vehicle and discovered that I was charged close to $4,000 worth of services/warranties that I had declined. I immediately called Renda who pretended not to know anything about what I was talking about (she insisted that I said yes to whatever she sold me and there was no way she made a mistake). At that point I asked to speak to her manager and when I told him about the issue I was placed on a permanent hold. After 30 minutes I eventually called the dealership back from a different phone all the while remaining on hold with my original call and was told that the Manager/GM left for the day. I called several times over the next week or so but the Manager/GM was always conveniently out or I just missed him - never received a call back. I finally went over the GM's head to their Corporate office. Once I explained what was going on the the matter was swiftly taken care of within a few days by a reluctant GM who obviously got a talking to from upper management because when I met with him he was visibly irritated and repeatedly told me that he stood behind his employees 100%. He was not interested in anything that I had to say. Not a very pleasant individual to deal with to say the least. Needless to say I will not return to that dealership for any reason and I am a pretty loyal customer (to those who treat people fairly that is).

Went into the dealership as my other car was coming off lease. I normally hate car shopping as I hate feeling pressured. No pressure here we worked with Tom and Jim. They were very nice and let me test drive multiple cars to get a feel for the one I really wanted and worked with us on pricing. Had a great experience and would recommend.

had an excellent experience here with some very good guys. came in and got the exact truck I wanted at a deal I couldn't pass up. sales consultant Brian was super cool and friendly. Bill Collins work some good magic and got me right where I wanted to be. great guys and couldn't recommend more!

Just purchased a vehicle from this dealership. It was falsely advertised, from the listing, the salesperson and the sales manager. My father is retired and was looking for his last vehicle, just to find that he was lied to!!! After talking to the manager ( Bill), he only gave us the option to bring it back or pay for the upgrade out of pocket. They claim that they mass advertise the vehicles but when you ask how, they say by the vehicles independent VIN. Bottom Line.... their mistake and they will not own up to it. They just offered to bring the vehicle back so they can fool the next guy!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

My family and I were very very pleased! They worked with us every way they possibly could and we were able to get a new reliable car for my spouse! Tom did a wonderful job as well as every one else! They constantly made sure we were okay (we were there for a decent time), not to mention ensured our son was okay. Very friendly, personable, and family oriented! Thank you all again!!!

My experience with Antwerpen Eldersburg Service department was atrocious.I put my trust in them, and they failed to fix the problem plus charge me $$$$$.I brought it back and told them they need to fix it right this time. They did not do anything. Find someone you can trust. I always brought it for repairs when this place was Jeff Barnes.No justice!
