Great service in all respects. Dono, the lawn specialist is very knowledgeable and did a great job of aerating and seeding. Grass grew in the bare spots and lawn looks great. Highly recommended

For the most part, I would say that it was a five star Service, but during the year I had spots in my grass or shall I say on the ground that look like you would not grow grass and I did make it known to the representative that it wasn't growing grass and I did get frustrated. So I went out and bought some seed to put in those spots and it filled out perfectly. I will obtain their service again next year to see what additions or how they can keep it looking like this but remember, water your lawn

I have been using American Lawn & Tree Service for 3 seasons now. When service initially started Dono C. assessed my back yard problem (not being able to grow grass in certain areas). By the end of the first season the problem was resolved and the company has provided quality service since. I have used several other companies in the past with minimal results, and have been satisfied the most with American Lawn & Tree. Dono was out on the last treatment and did a great job with the aeration, etc. The company always sends an email in advance of each service and the techs are always responsive to any questions I may have. I highly recommend this lawn company.

I’ve been working on my lawn myself the past 6 months a lot with fertilizing, weed killing, top soil, and seeding and at this point I desperately need aeration to improve it any more. Aeration is a bit of work and id have to drive hours to go rent one. Got multiple quotes and American was the most professional, responsive and the price was competitive. Got aeration and overseeding done. Dono C. was the tech and he was very polite and professional. Did a great job. Lots of plugs out on the lawn and seeds. We have a small driveway and they slotted us first thing in the morning so we had some musical cars action but the Mrs was very impressed with how personable and accommodating Dono was. As a bonus they blew the leaves off our driveway too which was nice. Price was reasonable. Customer service and rep phone staff are very responsive as I requested multiple estimates revisions from them for different areas and they were congenial about all of that as well. They are also very knowledgeable about what they’re doing and throw in some tips that really make a difference. I’m considering hiring them as a full time lawn treatment service.Service: Grass seeding

This is an update to my original review. There was miscommunication and the technician tried to call me but wasn't able to reach me. My phone was not set up properly and I own that. The tech wasn't able to gain access to the back yard to test and treat that area because he couldn't reach me. After leaving an unsatisfactory review, Joe, the owner personally came to my home to follow up with me and confirm that the tech did try to call me and he performed a soil test in the front yard and applied weed killer. He expressed that he would like to make things right. Joe later returned and personally performed a soil test and applied weed killer to my back yard. I appreciate Joe's thoughtfulness and personable approach to rectify the matter. He assured me that he provides a high level of service and I can definitely see that. Excellent staff, and provides great service. I can't wait to see the final results of my new lawn!

I've been using American Lawn and Tree Specialists to maintain my lawn for a few years now. I am very pleased with the service and level of communication I have received. They let me know of other services that are available from time to time but are never pushy. My lawn is looking the best it has been!

Our lawn previously had lots of weeds and bare spots we did our best to improve. After using American Lawn & Tree Specialist not only did we notice the difference but so did our friends and neighbors. Following their services the bare spots filled in and there were less weeds resulting in a much nicer greener lawn.Services: Grass seeding
