Got a new car in February. They tinted my front windows and windshield and did a fantastic job. Stopped by today to look at getting more but said they couldn’t help me because they’re doing “renovations”. Is this for all customers? County etc? Nowhere was this mentioned. Gave me a couple of suggestions in Westminster and Frederick. Seems a little shady. Not sure if my job was too small and not worth their time? Oh well I’ll find someone else.
Called and tried to make an appointment. Took my number down and as I expected no phone call back. Was told they’re still taking appointments just not mine for some reason.

I had a great experience with AP Tinting and Graphics. From the initial consultation with Cody Hipp to the actual install went seamless. I really appreciated the communication and follow-up. The Cody as well as the installer was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

Poor quality and service. After the tint was done it looked great at a glance aside from some bubbling but I was told by Maya, the technician who applied the film, that it would go away after allowing it to cure. After about five days I inspected the tint film further and found uneven cuts and some bubbling on almost all of the windows. The gap between the film and the top edge of the side windows was unacceptable as well.
I called AP Tinting and scheduled a time to bring the car back for them to inspect the tint film. As I was pointing out the flaws in the work that was done, Maya was unapologetic. She seemingly had an excuse for everything that was wrong with the installation instead of owning up to her mistakes. She did offer to reapply the film for me but that would not have fixed the uneven cuts and I did not trust her to work on my car further after seeing the quality of the film application. Instead I opted to receive a full refund and have them remove the tint film. I was told it would take about 1.5 hours to remove the film and clean the adhesive off the windows, which I had no problem with, so I waited.
After 2.5 hours she informed me that I was good to go. I walked out to my car and immediately noticed that there was still adhesive all over the bottom of the windows, the door jams, and the interior of my car. After I pointed this out to Maya she acted as if I was wasting her time. I informed her that I didn't have time to stay for the rest of the adhesive to be removed. I was told that I would have to come back again almost a week from now.
The sales director who was working on 03/16/2024 when I brought my car in was very nice and professional, but there was no excuse for Maya's unprofessional attitude throughout the time I was there. AP Tinting has done very good work on my vehicles in the past but due to this recent experience I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I've included photos of the problems with the tint after it was installed and the mess left in my car after it was removed.
*UPDATE*: They cleaned most of the adhesive off of my windows and the inside of my car and paid to have my back glass replaced.

Buyer BEWARE!!! Fraud!! I originally
Spoke with Nick about a boat graphic for my boat which I had a picture of and wanted one exactly like it. He said they could do it and I was in a crunch for time since a dash panel was being wrapped too and couldn’t be assembled until after the dash was wrapped and installed and gauges hooked up. He told me if I made the deposit of $2000 that he gave me out in the list immediately and a graphic designer would contact me. I asked how long the whole process would take and he said my boat would be complete in 3-4 weeks tops but the sooner I made a deposit the quicker it would happen. I made the deposit on the 25th of April. I was then scheduled a meeting with graphic design and sent an image of a wrap I wanted. I never was out in a list for the wrap to be done. They avoided my calls and emails. I was sent a proof that was nothing at all like what i sent them (pics below the one that is labeled Baja is the one I wanted the sonic one is what they wanted $4200 for) the design team is incompetent to say the least. Then they made me have to wait 5 days on a refund yet I paid them the day they asked. Bad business!!

Had someone other than AP tint my truck windows and they told me they tinted all 4 sides and only did 2 out of the 4 but hid it with the factory. AP re tinted my windows and hooked me up with exactly what i asked for. This is why i’m a returning customer.

I have taken my GR86 and 4 other vehicles to AP for window tinting and every single time, it has been quality work. Staff is also very friendly, and they always keep their snacks stocked!
Even though I had one incident with the tint bubbling, AP was more than happy to make things right and quickly replaced the tint, whilst working with my schedule!
