“Eagle Tire was fast and reasonably priced. I saw on the invoice they replaced the lug nuts manually. They have my business from now on. Changing a flat tire with a lug nut that's been cross threaded forced me to break off the whole thing,. because the last repair shop used a gun to replace the lug nuts. Thank you Eagle Tire.”

“Took my 2014 Tacoma to Mike for idler pulleys and a new serpentine belt. He was extremely friendly from the phone to meeting him in person, hung around and had a 15 minute conversation about cars. “I had a excellent experience at your dealership. My extended warranty was honored and the work that was done to fix my rear main seal oil leak and radiator leaks was first-rate. Hats off to Mike Elliott the service writer who focused on getting the paperwork right and keeping me informed and to the mechanic who performed the work. I didn't get to meet him but Mike said he is a Master mechanic and would do a great job. I believed him. So far no more oil leaks.

“purchased a used Chevy Equinox. First day driving it and one of the brakes squealed horribly. Then I noticed that the windshield was making a whistle sound. The sound got louder the faster I drove. Made an service appointment. One tech didn't hear the noise, drove around with second tech, who heard it. Was told to bring my car back as it was an MSI issue. I asked why I couldn't leave it and get a loaner as I was driving from another county and needed a vehicle to get to work. They said I didn't have that on my bayside for life. I was advised to call Ellen. She advised that I do in fact have loaner coverage but they didn't have any loaners and would call me back when they did. Almost 2 months after the purchase and still have any of the issues fixed or have gotten a call back.”

“If you want an honest mechanic that goes above and beyond. High Tech (HT) 1.0 and 2.0 are where it is at. They are my regular go to when I can’t do the work myself (usually cuz I don’t have time) and I want quality work completed. No matter the issue they know ways to resolve it and make it run again or make it road worthy. Sad they are selling their shop but glad there is HT 2.0 when this one closes one day. Until then, they do it all and you will be pleased with the work. Try them out and enjoy having less issues with your car.”
