This is by far the worst store I've ever been to. The employee who rang me up, who doesn't seem to speak to customers, even when spoken to. He rang me up, and said my card was declined. I went to grab my phone , to see the problem. Well I saw it send a receipt up and sure enough the money was taken out my account. The rude manger came over and all I got out of him was, I don't understand, and call someone else. I will never go back here. If you can't understand what's going on in the store you manage, then get another job.. WORST STORE EVER!

It’s hard to communicate with any of you when I call, saw you were hiring and applied and everyone is acting like they have no clue what’s going on and telling me to call a different store, poor management and I go here all the time. Nobody wants to talk to people who can’t understand you. You surely lost me as a customer.

This is one of the grossest bathrooms I've ever been in, and I drove through Ohio three times. There was visible feces stuck to the toilets and the porcelain was stained yellow.

Really poor customer service. I asked for help with the drinks and got an attitude from the associates. I dropped my drink outside of the store and was told I had to repurchase it without any consideration. Being nice to people who are spending money at your store shouldn't be hard.

This 7-Eleven is a convenient gas and go stop in the area. However, I will never go here again because the staff was rude and unprofessional. I will spend money elsewhere.

The worst staff ever. The staff and manager are extremely rude and unprofessional. I will bought a credit card for my daughter and it was already registered. Credit company will not submit fraud without a receipt. I have the date and time of purchase and manager will not look it up in the system.

I love this 711 location. Have been going here for the last 8 years. They're consistent and friendly. The store is always clean and I mean, it's a 711, they're awesome.
