one star too many worst bank in the world! everyone should be fired! they are racist, xenophobic, homophobic, and transphobic! i will never deal with them again! i hope everyone suffers and dies from cobid-19 a slow long lingering death. thry lied about a secured credit card account i had! it was closed and they falsely post a balanced of $899 and i want to know is it interest, fees, or charges!

New account. Been waiting over a month for a debit card. You'd think they'd have the courtesy to expedite one. They didn't. I hate it here already

They rock!!! Exemplary customer service! They take care if their customers! I love that I can get a new debit card in the branches within - few minutes....checks as well! They exude exemplary customer service! Navy Federal is impressive!!

This bank is non existent in NY or New Jersey. They have many locations across the country. So you are forced to bank online with them. Yon cant talk to them unless you become a member that is open an account for 5 dollars minimum. Then they need a photo ID and a proof of residence. Beyond that you have to be military. So how is it they have 97 billion in assets? They are very strict with their rules and regulations to the point that they dont know what they are doing.
