I received excellenct care from Michelle Brown who was able to get me in to see the nurse this morning. Kimberly Brown , Dr. Robinson and Damilola at the Marlow Heights Medical Center. I would highly recommend Kaiser Permanente to family and friends.

My Doctor listens to my concerns, & go over my medications & bloodwork. She makes recommendations for better treatment, she’s caring & makes me feel valuable. The entire staff at Marlow Heights are polite & provide good customer service. That center is peaceful, one of the best kept secrets of Kaiser locations.

Today was my appointment with my new Dr. at a new location. Marlow Heights. Everyone here was highly professional and the customer service was Outstanding. Everyone was friendly and had beautiful welcoming smiles. Thanks Dr. Kim and Dr Marshall for your wonderful service.

I find Kaiser to be pretty hit or miss as far as providers. I recently seen Dr. Mills for an issue, she’s my PCP. She was awful. she didnt listen to what my issue was and before I finished listing symptoms she “diagnosed” the issue. She was rude and condescending. I left feeling like nothing was solved. What a waste of a copay. I will never see her again.

I took off from work to have my appointment on this location, but when I got there they said it was canceled. They canceled my appointment without even informing me. They said they left me a voicemail but they lied they never did. They could've sent an email or message to my kaiser account. This is the worst location and experience. I will never have an appointment with them again

Although I’m just finishing out that Kaiser has an Alternative medicine department I am beyond satisfied and glad I found out when I needed it most. The staff in this department are phenomenal. Dr. Lennox and has staff are the best I’ve encountered hands down. Keep up the great work

Kaiser has changed. Takes you more than 2 months to see your primary care doctor. Stop treating people like cattle. Show a little more bed side matter. Everything isn't a rubber stamp.

Please commend Chelle Stevens & Chemore Mellette, Family Practice Receptionists, for their excellent customer service in helping me to check in and answer my questions.. They was professional and patient with meNext, I was greeted by Chardonnae’ in the Family Practice.Her bubbly personality was truly a blessing and she was kind plus professional… a joy to be around.I finally got to be treated in person by my new Physician, Dr. Twimasi, another joy and blessing. I love her phenomenal bedside manner!
