Nice staff! BUT.........mail courrier delivered my package to wrong address and could not retrieve it. Couldn't replace the items in that package.
Edit 7/3/2024. Mail courier will not pick up mail from mailboxes. It takes them days to collect the outgoing mail from mail box but they will stuff more mail into same mailbox. Outgoing mail left in mailbox for days.

Given the reviews, I see that my concerns will probably go on def ears but here’s nothing…I ordered a wheel walker for my mom from Amazon. On the day of delivery, tracking stating that it was out for delivery and would arrive by 9pm. At 4 pm, the tracking message stated that the package is being held at the post for pickup per request of customer. NO ONE EVER REACHED OUT TO US. The next day I went to the post office to inquire about the package. She asked if I received a notice. I advised that no notice was left but showed her tracking info on phone. She checked and stated that the package was not there and gave me a number to call in the morning. Today, I called. I was advised that we, “do not deliver packages above the 2nd floor in high rise apartments”. I advised that the hi rise has an elevator. I was given the same response. I asked what is the difference, there are no stairs. Again I was given the same response. I counted to 5, exhaled and said thank you.
Is this a universal policy or just this branch? Just does not make sense. Could you deliver to the 4th of a garden apartment with steps….make it make sense!

Victoria went above and beyond to help me track down a package that was sent to an old address. She was in contact with me for about a week and was able to send it to my new address in Washington state. I can’t thank her enough for her patience and kindness.

Marked my package as delivered but it was never delivered! My ring camera didn’t capture anyone delivering anything. Just horrible service!

They continue to take my packages to the wrong address. I have complained about this several times and still nothing is being done about it at all. And it seems they dont even care or even care to find my packages. Meanwhile, I am loosing money not getting my packages

The line is always long. The staff is friendly but slow. If the post office workers are handling passports they neglect all other matters of business. I have been waiting for 20 mins in line, because the only two workers available were handling passports, and nobody was directed to help the long line of people waiting for other services.

I usually get a notification notifying me whenever I have mail coming in the last two months my mail hasn’t come in on time or, it doesn’t come in at all. Recently i had a check supposed to come in and it’s been a week and I haven’t seen my check whenever I call they give me an attitude. This place is unorganized and they don’t have good customer service at all.

This location is SNAIL slow. staff act non chalant as if they do not care that people are just waiting. It's rude and really frustrating that this post office does not price themselves on professionalism and efficiency.
