Manny was rude and inconsiderate of the customers and his coworkers. The young lady working front register called him repeatedly for an override, but he didn't bother coming out until the customer started calling for him loudly. Then, even though I ordered online, my order wasn't started until 10 mins after I got there and Manny was refusing to give me my food because your app doesn't put my name on digital receipt but clearly showed what I ordered and that it was paid for. I still had to ask for my drink cup and then go back in because he only gave me 1 sandwich, and there were 2 on it, and I then had to wait for them to make it.

Today I had Horrible thing happen the Cashier took my order and I tapped my Debit Card and the Cashier threw my receipt In the trash and came back and In front of a lot of people and said your order was declined and I pulled out my cell phone with the transaction approved and the money was deducted from my account If I wasn’t sick today I would’ve have cursed them out but I just took my nasty food and left it’s sad you have to go to other areas to get food please get a receipt for your food after you pay she had something slick going on Devil

I went there 2/13/24 at about 8:10pm, and it was a disgrace the behavior and attitude of the workers there. I was totally ignored and had to walk away extremely angry/ frustrated at their customer service which in fact should be zero absolutely poor. I felt so disrespected and hurt by their actions. Everybody decide to stick at the window. Avoid it at all cost. Absolutely ridiculous.

It's really hard going to places that have good customer service nowadays. When I find them, I review them and give them the credit they deserve. To have more people support those kinds where your HARD earned money is appreciated. This location is not it ... What gets me is, one will take the time out to APPLY for a position to work WITH the public. Then will DECIDE to give the WORST service possible. I will NEVER understand it.

Last 4 Visits only one spicy chicken like it was PRE COVID-19-19. Two of the times chicken was mild. One time part of chicken was spicy. One time it was perfect.

I only go to this location every once in awhile because they are right around the corner from my home so it saves time when I need food fast. But I most likely will stop going again because they still inconvenience me. They leave food out of my order, sometimes make me wait a ridiculous amount of time for food that I ordered ahead on the app, and often have rude employees. One employee once called me ugly because she messed up my order. I wasn't rude to her until she called me names, then she escalated the situation with threats. This was several months ago, and I haven't seen her since but I also took a break from visiting there. I often try to avoid this location because of the inaccuracies when completing orders. I also stop going there for a long while after I contracted covid during one visit. I strongly believe I got it from an employee who was on break in the dining area. It was my only time dining in there. He was walking around coughing. The air smelled nasty. That was a short visit but I still got very sick with covid afterwards. I rarely go here but I owe it to myself to never go again quite honestly.

Order 12 piece spicy and hot all dark meat and non spices. I called but they say they was in cleaning mode not dropping anymore. I worked at Popeyes before and to say you not dropping anymore is crazy because you are still open. This was all 9:17 pm Dec 27. They didn't mentioned they didn't have white meat and like I said turn around to give all mild dark meat. Disappointed I am and it's not the cashier fault since she new. Needs better training or better communication

The lines are always long, folks spend more time walking back forth than serving the customer. It only been two people that I have interacted with that had a nice attitude everyone else that works the front end or drive through needs customer service training including the manager

WHITE MEAT SPICY is great however I must say that popeyes has to be the most over priced fast food on earth therefore I visit rarely.
