My son and I had a great, white glove experience with Passport Toyota! We had two visits totaling less than 2 hours to purchase the car. Koren Moore, our salesperson was outstanding and we felt very safe with her. She was transparent and presented us with every option. Chris Morris answered every single question and did not rush us through signing. Mike Quinn was friendly and personable. They all made us feel valued and welcomed. We're customers for life now. Also, not to mention the car is beautiful and exactly what my son wanted. Thank you for your high standards! We'll see you in a couple of years.

Excellent experience at Passport Toyota. Mr. Taylor the service advisor, Mr. DeAngelo (service manager - not sure of last name) and Ms. Ann (helped with loaner car - not sure of last name) were absolutely amazing to work with! The staff was professional, prompt and went out of their way to make me feel valued and welcome. I would recommended service at this location regardless of where you purchased your car. The service department here is excellent. The staff is exceptional. Each of them greet with you a smile.

The only time an employee in here showed interest in me as a customer was when I bought the car. You walk in and they just stare at you, won't ask you anything won't offer help! I tried to get an estimate I was told the waiting time was 10 minutes I told them I'll wait outside. Well idk if they forgot I was waiting for half an hour. Walked back in side to ask the guy at the front desk seemed annoyed by me asking cause I interrupted his personal call, went ahead and grab his phone and ignored me. He didn't asked me or said anything. So just avoid this situations and go somewhere else I bet other places might appreciate your business. Oh and I took my car to service and they couldn't even reset the service light and I had to go again. On top of that I have never gotten the courtesy wash not ever and I have asked for it. Asked about trading my car for another and the guy was just straight up rude shut me off on anything I asked and said they didn't have any cars available. I asked for specifics but his attitude was "ain't going to help you", looking at me like I was in the wrong store to ask for that kinda stuff.

I am very happy with my new Toyota Corolla and my experience at Passport Toyota! I am also very grateful to my salesperson Ruchell Rosimo for going above and beyond to find me my ideal car before the promotional offer expired. She has provided me with excellent customer service, as she searched many different dealerships for my ideal car. She has also guided me well to understand the process of buying a car and what I would need for my new vehicle. In Toyota, I really saw the sincere concern of the staff to help me get what I want for a good deal.

This was the best car buying experience I’ve had so far. Kirk is a very knowledgeable and experienced salesperson, providing realistic advice and options to meet the needs of the customer. I felt he genuinely wanted to find a vehicle that I would be satisfied with and I never felt pressured to simply buy something. I would highly recommend going to Kirk at Passport Toyota because you will have the best customer experience. Stefanie in Finance is also very professional and was a pleasure to negotiate with, no pressure, just thoroughly explained the options available and very respectful of the customers choices and preferences.

I had an exceptional experience at this dealership! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. They patiently listened to my preferences. Never bring your vehicle here for service. They gave us a quote of over $7,000 for tires and rims. Then could not break down the quote. When the service manager finally did, it was $5,900. Then when we send a tow truck to pickup the vehicle they denied it and said we owed them $1,400 for towing and storage. So now it’s a legal battle to retrieve the vehicle. They are crooks, i can only warn you and I manage a fleet of 700 vehicles. Best advice is to use Goodyear a few miles away!

As a fan of the Toyota brand, I have been searching for the perfect car model that I adore. Although my preferred car model was not in stock at other dealerships, I visited several dealerships in the Rockville and Laurel areas.However, I encountered some frustrating situations, including unreasonable market-adjusted prices and customer treatment. Just when I was feeling disheartened, I finally came across Passport Toyota, and one of the sales consultants, Mr. Michael Davis, provided me and my family with incredibly satisfying service.During our interactions, Mr.Michael Davis was highly professional and patiently answered all my questions, providing detailed information about different car models. He did not subject the car prices to unreasonable adjustments. Instead, he was able to assist me in purchasing the car model I had in mind at a fair price.Throughout the car-buying process, all the paperwork and finance payments were swiftly and efficiently arranged. To my surprise, I received my new car on the same day, delivered safely to my home. This level of efficiency in service truly impressed me.This experience has made me realize that not all dealerships offer the same level of service and experience. While different dealerships may sell Toyota cars, I believe that choosing the right dealership is crucial.Therefore, I would like to sincerely thank Passport Toyota and Mr. Davis for providing high-quality service that made my car-buying experience enjoyable. I will not hesitate to recommend your business to my friends.

This review is for the service center. I had my car towed here based on the very positive reviews on Google which seem to mainly be for routine maintenance and oil changes. My Prius broke down immediately after an oil change with my regular mechanic. I had it towed to this location after my regular mechanic could not figure out what was causing the issue. Passport Toyota did not diagnose my vehicle correctly in addition to being rude when my vehicle was dropped off and they could not find the record that I had paid for the diagnosis when I was having it towed away from this location. I opted to not have them complete the recommended work due to the insane repair cost and after the recommended work was completed - the car still had the same issue. The service manager told me it was because I did not have everything done they recommended which was not true. I had to have my car towed yet again to a mechanic that specializes in Toyota vehicles and they discovered the root issue which was the engine being overfilled during the oil change. When I notified the Service Manager of the root cause of the issue- he said that I did not give them another opportunity to further diagnose the vehicle after their original diagnoses. I'm not quite sure why I would do that at an expensive hourly rate when the vehicle wasn't correctly diagnosed to being with. When my car was first towed here I tried to explain over the phone what was going on with my car(the fact that it happened immediately after an oil change and what it was doing) the service advisor told me he didn't need that information and that the had three people in front of him that he needed to assist and that they would do their own diagnoses. He then called back later that day to collect the information I was trying to tell him. Again - I'm not sure why I would want to pay more money for a diagnoses when the staff was rude and has argued with everything I have said even the proof of the actual root cause of the issue. This experience is exactly why I don't take my car to be serviced at Toyota dealerships. I've had similar experiences at other Toyota service centers.

This is first time to purchase in passport toyota wow, great customer service, handling ,I just reserve my car first it comes early within in two weeks, that's the best off best for passport toyota ,then they treat like family. And also no junk of paper everything smart table ,which I like, done the process and all documents give to u in flash. I recently purchased a 2023 Rav4 Hybrid XLE from Passport Toyota on June 2, 2023 and was fortunate enough to have Mario Arevalo as my salesman. I cannot speak highly enough of his excellent communication, his clear and transparent pricing, and his willingness to accommodate any requests I had.
