My experience with getting my BMW serviced was a bit challenging due to the construction/renovations, but my reason for the five stars is strictly because of the excellent customer service from my service advisor, Sean Mason. He was professional and respectful. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced at Passport because of the positive experience dealing with this dealership.

I came for my MD INSPECTION at Passport BMW @9:21 and left a little after 12:00pm. The advisor was upfront about the expectations and I was happy to be served and leaving without any stresses.

Upon arrival at Passport BMW, I was promptly greeted and escorted to the service advisors . I selected Mr. Jenkins because he came highly recommended. Mr. Jenkins walked me through the process, provided car updates via text, and provided a courtesy meal from the cafe. He did not disappoint! :-) The facility was clean and well-maintained. The charging station for electronics was great! It gave me an opportunity to work while waiting on my car to get serviced. All in all from the moment I arrived to the moment I left, everyone that I encountered was very friendly and professional.

This service dealer is the worst I have encountered in North America, mainly due to the service advisor and management team. They completely ignored my requests. After the maintenance was done, my maintenance due alert kept appearing in the BMW app. When I asked how to deal with it, they completely ignored me( multiple times) Additionally, when I went for maintenance, I requested a car wash and vacuuming, which were not done. They also left a large stain on my seat( they cleaned it after ) However, the mechanics and service workers were very nice.

BMW service at Passport was outstanding! I wouldn't go anywhere else. My service advisor Danny was extremely helpful, and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I knew exactly what they were doing to my car.

Great service. Ive had an issue with my car for months that another BMW dealership couldn’t figure out. Passport quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. I will only go to Passport BMW from now on.
