Since the transfer of management, this neighbor store has increased prices exceeding 7-11 prices. Imagine paying $2.99 for a small bag of chips, $2.99 for one roll of toilet paper, or $2.99 for a candy bar...that's a reality not imagination. The manager is far from courteous, does not say hello or thank you. The store is never crowded due to the astronomical prices. The only convenience Galaxy Food Market offers is a cramped space to play keno and the lottery. I'm surprised they don't charge for a pencil to write your numbers down with.

Please make sure you know the law when going into this store. In Maryland, if an item (including tobacco and alcohol), has a specific price on it, the store owner must honor. He is taking $0.99 items and marking up to $1.79. He's charging almost $1.50 for a bottle of Deer Park water when he grabs the cases from Sam's Club (the sticker was on the case). Make sure you know the law and report predators like this establishment... I DID!!!
