I’ve been dealing with this pawn shop for about a year. If I was ever late on a payment to my pawn they would always call. I went in one day to pay for my pawn and my property be returned to me however they lost my ring and I had to wait for them to find it. Next I had one more pawn and when I called them to check on my next payment date they advised me that my property has been sold . I did not receive a phone call at all. I was simply told those calls are courtesy calls at their discretion. I was just there a month ago and now all of a sudden my property has been sold … definitely not cool and wasn’t professional about it.

I've been here several times looking for tools. The store is clean and organized. The team members are helpful and friendly. Prices are the best I have found in the area.

I like this place; never took anything in to pawn but whenever I bought something they always gave me a good price. The staff is very professional. The line has a tendency to move slow but it’s understandable when you’re dealing with the sell, buy and pawn business. Got to take your patience along with you!

These people are liars and are rude because they lie , this has been on my mind since June . I needed some funds and went here , the girl that "helped" me lied to me about my necklace so I gave it to another employee and told him to dispose of it Later I had a change of heart because I knew it was real. I feel like he kept my chain and I called to talk to the manager several times and have been ignored.I can not get this off my mind I have pictures of me wearing the chain , I don't have a receipt but they have the incident on camera so I'm going to go to court the chain was worth at least $300 I think that that was very negligent of them to do that and I believe that the person that has my chain is the guy that I gave it to cuz the girl told me that it wasn't real but it was real.Made a mistake this pawn store is on Silver Hill road same business different location.
