me and my husband, went November 3 to see why the car was smoking they told us that we needed spark plugs & a oil change.my husband picked the car up November 5. It was still smoking it was still smoking up till went back to the auto shop November 24 the engine light was coming on the gas light was coming on and it was doing a jerk moment me as his wife trying to explain to mechanic he's brushing me off the only ones talk to my husband which was rude for him to tell him that. Oh yeah we gotta put a different type of oil in it. mechanic if you gave him a oil change, you would've knew to put in that specific type of oil so it can slow down on burning the oil I had to leave and go to Jiffy Lube fix the oil problem. Also, check our air filters, which they should've did they was changing our oil realize we had to change our air filters so I want to know did I need spark plugs like they said because now my car is running just fine after I took them to Jiffy Lube and paid $432 at their at this place $168 at something they should fix in the beginning

for starters, they installed oil filter wrong on my wife's 4 runner. then said it was the trucks fault. but it was them who pinched the o ring. then they left off a skid plate twice but lost it the second time. he said he would order new one never heard from him. i checked on it 3 times. he kept saying he forgot and would do it that day. got tired of waiting and got one myself. then on my truck they only put 5 quarts in but it takes 6. yet charged me for 6. they also left off the oil cap. i recommend jiffy lube on 114. more expensive but less trouble in long run.

Horrible customer service. Saturday service advisor is a complete idiot and has no business working in auto industry or working with the public. He is disorganized, lacks customer service skills, had no idea what he is doing and is general everything a service advisor shouldn’t be. I waited Over and an hour for a simple quote for some brakes AFTER the vehicle had been inspected and the technician had already checked availability of parts. Never got the quote. Finally just got my car and Update: Mr. Ka ,the owner, called me this morning and was extremely apologetic. He also felt the situation was poorly handled and offered to make it right. Was very nice and genuinely seemed to care. I don’t know that I will return but the phone call and follow up was appreciated.

Crappy service!!! They failed my inspection on my 2005 Dodge Ram 3500 diesel that had passed the previous three years with the same equipment. Seriously, missing the catalytic converter!!! What a joke. I have been going there since 2004 but no more.

I'm glad I found this place. Here, I've had my catalytic converter replaced , purge valve replaced, brake pads replaced and a tune up. Each time, service was professional and completed within a reasonable amount of time. Nice staff and Black owned.
