I have had a real problem with the unprofessional staff and lack of concern for public safety in this complex. Recently there was an addition to the office staff who I would like to acknowledge. Ikea has proven to be professional, conscientious, and hard working. She always answers the phones with a pleasant demeanor and she has no problem assisting with whatever the issue may be. Great job Ikea, keep up the good work.

I live in building 3950 and it is infested with roaches and mice! Two weeks after I moved in I saw roaches, they sent pest control I even got my own pest control that’s how bad it was and I still have them! The laundry room is infested and it’s very disturbing! I have three dead mice under my oven that maintenance still haven’t came to get! Other than that it is very peaceful around here and vary spacious rooms!

I put in an application for a vacancy, and no one ever told me the status of my application. They just take your money and don’t feel like you should know the status. Staff is lazy and unprofessional. They don’t return calls.

I live at 3970 104 and me and my son got sick because of mold coming through the HVAC closet and unit . I reached out to the leasing office in September and nothing the maintenance guys told me that the management was changing but the property manager refuse to give me the company information.... I had the health department check the unit and they said it was Uninhabitable and we need to go to the doctor

I love my new place ! Maintenance is very quick to respond to issues , Ms Janell in the leasing office is very polite and hops on top of things ! No complaints here ?

I don't like this place after stay 24 hours in my apartment my tires got taken and then on top. Of that the property never give me some money towards the situation I will never tell nobody about this apartment complex and on top of that I was not even their a month 24.75 gone the wastes .

I’ve loved here two yrs and maintenance is tf terrible….I’ve called and called and spoke with the “maintenance supervisor” I’ve had MULTIPLE outlets not work, leaking and more and it’s been WEEEEKKKSSS….also they under new management and been transitioning for TWO MONTHS no online pay options. Just raggeddddyyyy. It was better before

Started a job working with disable ppl and all I see are rats in this apartment. The infestation is terrible here yuck! Rats n love carry diseases man.

I literally just moved it. Bathtub doesn't work and car was towed the first night in a parking spot that doesn't indicate if reserved or not with NO WARNING. The parking spot next next to me said reserved, not the one that i was currently parked in. A bit predatory. I wasn't even instructed on the appropriate parking locations for my unit. My parking pass was also in the window.

I'm a new resident on the ground floor and for several months I've been complaining to the rental office about a rat infestation. They keep promising that some extermination company is going to come every Friday for months to no avail. I'm seriously thinking about breaking my lease.

My experience has been one of the worst in my lifetime and it’s only getting worse! From the application process until now it’s been horrible! I’ve had one issue with the apartment after the other of which the management local and at Gates Hudson have continually ignored! The local managers have been unprofessional and unwilling to assist with the problems in the apartment. They take no responsibility for the apartment while seeming to either blame me for the issues or make me out to be a problem because I ask for a resolution of the issues!! They either have no communication skills or just flat out refuse to communicate!! I wanted to give zero stars because also seem to not care at all! They’re forcing me to have to go great length and extremes to get them to simply do there job! I am not in a position to move right now but if I could I’d fly out of here!! Being that I’m legally blind and recovering from kidney transplant surgery living here dealing with all this stress and anxiety is not good for my health! Gates Hudson and Capital Crossing apartments should be ashamed of how they conduct business! I’d see there only concern if the rent isn’t paid in time!! SAD SMH!!
