My son just came in there after 10:00 pm and a gentleman there told my son he had to pay cash my son walking up and down suitland road at this time at night knowing gas station and the liquor store was not allowing people in the promise. My son had to walk up and down suitland and silver Hill road to find an ATM machine to get money out of this is very unprofessional thought you guys took the credit card. You're putting people life in danger for cash late at night. Versus your machine working for credit card transaction. I just seen a post with a young young lady had to go through the same thing and as the owner said please call for the concern of this situation. Apparently as the owner you did nothing about the situation. this is very unprofessional and I will be calling and talking to the owner as well as reporting you to the business business bureau you put in people lives in danger heaven walk up and down dark streets at night trying to get cash at ATM machine knowing that these youngins are out here carjacking and robbing. I have noted and took down the number for the owner. In the last thing then they sat there and watch my son go back and forth past the shop they never put the tire on until my son return with the cash. Is already bad enough that we in distress by having a flat tire in a deal with a service that supposed to be 24 hours. Terrible customer services!!!!!!!! PS he put the money in his pocket

I had to change my rating from a five, wish there was a zero. Had been using them for years. Came in handy being open 24 hours! Really tired of these lazy grown men. Want to do as less as possible. Went there last week guy would not check my tire for a nail. All they want to do is change you $5 to put air in all the tires. He lies and tell me tires do that and check it in a few days if the air is low bring it back. The tire was low and I took it somewhere else. And it was a huge nail in the tire!!! Ladies beware!!!! Only for emergencies I would ever use this place?

They charged me 70.00 for one used tire, never go to them they will lie and tell you one price when you come back with the money they will up the price. Every day I will leave a bad review so that y’all can’t delete it.

They don’t treat women equally. He charge me an extra $20 more than a man. Then he made me go get cash talking about his machine wasn’t working. But someone else just used their card here. Ladies if you have to come down here come with your man. 3 grown men trying to take advantage of females. Just rude and trifling

This tire place is slum the owner is very nasty plus rude I bought 2 tires for 110 my tires keep going down I went back on 1/5/24 he wouldn't give air in tire ask me if I know God this place deserves no stars whatsoever they sleep in tire shop it smells bad please customers stay away for this dump

The WORST Tire Place Ever.!!!!!!!!!!!! I Went To Get A Tire Change On A PARTIAL Flat It Took Over 4hrs , They Broke My Tire Sensor And Blamed Me When It Was On The WHOLE Time Driving There, Gave Me A BALD Tire Then Sealed It With This Black Stuff .!!! Horrible Job Then Had The Nerve To Overcharge An Only Take Cash , That Should've Told Me They Are Janky.!!!! I Went To The Actual BMW Dealership The Next Day And They Confirmed The Horrible Work If It Wasn't For Them Bein 24hrs I Would Have Never Went I Literally Always Just Go To BMW But It Was An Emergency Lesson Learned...Money Isn't An Issue I Own A BMW I Kno How It Goes This Was Just Unacceptable Tho.!!! AN I WILL BE REPORTING THEM , Cash Only Business Has To Be Janky IRS

I needed a plug do to a slow leak. They did the service very promptly and at a very fair price. All (3) of the gentlemen worked as a team a were very courteous. They even topped off the air in my other tires as a courtesy. Also they are open 24 hours for emergencies. This place is great!!! Thanks.

It is 2300 on a Monday and they plugged the nail in my tire for $25 through Cash App Because they do not accept card. I know that it looks sketchy because of the neighborhood and time of night but they are Very friendly and helpful. I am so thankful for late night businesses like this.

DO NOT GO TO THE SUITLAND RD LOCATION. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RUDE & HATEFUL. THEY GIVE YOU MESSED UP TIRES & WHEN YOU COME TO RESPECTFULLY ADDRESS THEM ABOUT IT, THEY KEEP TELLING YOY TO COME BACK TOMORROW OR THE NEXT & GET MAD BECAUSE THEY GAVE YOU MESSED UP TIRES… THEN ASKS YOU TO PAY AGAIN FOR THEIR MISTAKE LIKE WTH… I WOULDN’T GIVE THEM ANOTHER PENNY
