Our mailboxes are labeled in big numbers with our address and a sign with hanging address signs marking the homes addressed to the lane we all share, why are we getting mail from 7 houses down that's on a totally different lane. I'll tell you why, our mail carrier does not take the time to LOOK AND MATCH THE ADDRESS ON THE MAIL TO THE CORRESPONDING ADDRESS ON THE MAIL BOX. YOU HAVE NO RESPECT FOR THE PEOPLE YOU DELIVER MAIL TO BECAUSE OF YOU DID WE WE WOULD HAVE OUR MAIL EVERY SINGLE DAY WITH THE CORRECT NAME AND CORRECT ADDRESS IN THE CORRECT MAILBOX. THANKYOU!

If there was a 0 star that would be better. I have tracked many packages that say in route for delivery get them three days later. They don't pickup out going mail. Some days we don't get mail then the next there is a ton of mail obviously skipped a day. I wish I could skip my job for a day and get paid.

Carrier does not seem to know the difference between the front door and a basement door. Many deliveries have been soaked because they were left at an uncovered basement door instead of the covered front door. Today a attempt to deliver was to be made at the front door as noted on the signature form. It was left at the basement door, again. And constantly getting either people's mail from address not even close.

Street postal carriers are one of the laziest carriers I have ever seen. They cannot pickup outgoing mail in our box! They are too lazy to look in the box and if you have mail outgoing in your box, they will let it fall on the ground and not pick it up! Absolutely unbelievable! I know why people have stopped using the postal service. I think you all need to wise up with your customer service or you will be out of your jobs! You SUCK

I wasn't receiving my Amazon Packages. I was getting upset because I previously was getting them. I stopped in A second time and spoke with A supervisor from the post office, she brought my packages to my address the next day to see my driveway to see why maybe they weren't getting delivered. She and my husband spoke for 10 minutes. I was very appreciative of her effort to work the problem out.

Friendly PO where there's never a wait but be advised they take a lunchbreak.

A car ran into and knocked our mailbox off the post and it really wasn't fixable, coldest snap in years. My mail carrier was kind enough to toss my mail in the mail box while it was on the ground. I'm sad to say I don't know their name but that was great service. Like the old days when they weren't just people bringing you the mail, they're neighbors.
